Not coming back if your gonna force me to use a ipad to place my order when i come into the store, be a normal restaurant and stop acting like this is helping anything besides cutting back on employees wages

If you're not in your car going through the drive-thru they don't give a rip about you. They don't even greet you when you walk in the door. They expect you to use the kiosk. If you have trouble understanding how the kiosk Works they don't care. Pay them $20 an hour but they can't be bothered to wait on customers. And the Fry's always tastes like they've been in the freezer too long

As a Quebecer with barely any access to Mexican fast food (only 1 Taco Bell in the whole province) I’ve got to say—I would love to see this kind of place blow up here! Both times I went during my short stay were fantastic: the food was flavourful, the price was right, and the employees were super courteous.

First of all, don’t go here customer service at this place was the worst I’ve ever seen in my entire 60 years of living. On Friday 10/3/2025, My handicapped husband went inside to order us some food and was not acknowledged for over 15 minutes while the crew was walking around, laughing and drinking their sodas and talking on their phones and completely ignoring him. When he finally got someone’s attention, he was bothered by it and didn’t say can I help you go to hell nothing like that didn’t say a word. . He was the only one dressed in some kind of Management attire and he had Band-Aids all up and down his neck, and my husband asked him what happened to your neck?
And he replied, that’s none of your business and my husband said excuse me it is my business you’re handling food., and the guy replied, don’t worry about it. It’s none of your business. So my husband comes back out to the car and I said where’s our food and he told me what happened, I went back inside with my phone and once again stood there for over 15 minutes not being acknowledged. No one said hi. Nobody said we’ll be right with you. Nothing and the place was a complete disaster. It smelled really bad in there and everybody in there behind the counter was laughing and playing their games on their phones Not a care in the world.
And a sweet little old man was standing there he introduced himself to me as Sam, and I asked him do you know who that guy‘s name is the one with the Band-Aid on his neck and he told me Angel. And I said thank you so much as I was trying to get Angel’s attention he kept passing me by while I took a picture of him So I can show his boss that this is the guy that is so rude to people and to be as rude as he was to my handicapped husband is over the line, so right before he went back behind the counter, I stopped him and asked him. Why were you so rude to my husband, and he said and replied because your husband asking me questions that is not his concern and nor none of his business and I go, are you talking about why he asked you about the Band-Aids that are on your neck? He replied, yes, and it is none of your business either.
It’s because of people like that that give restaurants a bad name he thinks he’s all that, his little cocky attitude should not be in the restaurant business industry, actually anything to do with dealing with people he should be far away from. We have lived here in Orange County for over 50 years and have been through some really hard times and some good times and to be disrespected like that from him to a handicap man he should be reprimanded. He should be sent to some kind of school to teach him how to treat people Instead of trying to be something he’s not.
We will never go there again and I will tell all of my friends the same stay away from that dirty filthy place with bad attitudes

I just ordered Chicken Rollers and Bean Cheese Burritos and the Food and Service are Exceptional 🙏 and no Attitude like other fast food 🙏 restaurants, some look at you as they are wondering why you wannabe bothering me, why did you 🙏 take a Paying Job 🤔🤔
Anyway This Del 🌮 Taco restaurant is clean 🫧 and Happy Worker's All on the same page.

Ordered around 11 PM before there was cars in the drive-through 2 to 3 minutes past three cars pulled in and they serve their food before I even got mine. Two minutes, have passed since the cars have left I’m writing this as I’m waiting for my food and still haven’t gotten it. Very unacceptable when I placed the order before if you guys can give the food out so fast and drive-thru you’re able to give it out in store as fast as in drivethru

Sunday July 20th at 5:20am, whoever the cook was needs to get fired. My burrito was all messed up and not even rolled good.
