This restaurant was oddly slow to get my in the drive through and when they did I asked for a lay of hot sauce the lady at the window asked me specifically how many I’d like and I let her know a dozen, yet when I got home there were 8 sauces in the bag, why ask me my preference if you were just going to give me handful anyway? The food was fine but to wait and still have things incorrect? There are other del tacos

This Del Taco has consistently bad service and the new kiosks have made it 10 times worse. Food is prroly prepared, the tacos are half filled and the other items are incorrectly made with the wrong ingredients, cold beans, no cheese etc. Clearly made by people who aren't paying attention or just don't care about what they are doing. The Manager actively ignored people right in front of her asking for help. I asked for my drink cups and she said just a minute and then took another order turned her back and staered bagging food while I stood there. I had to ask her three times. Terrible service, avoid unless they clean up their act.

The food is reasonably priced compared to the competition. This restaurant was very clean and no homeless hanging around panhandling. I'll be back.

We needed a drink and a quick bite, so we went through the drive-thru. We ordered drinks and an egg and cheese burrito. The drinks were good. The burrito was as good as it could be. The service was top-notch. The attendant was fast, friendly, and efficient at getting our order. I would eat here again.
Just ordered on DoorDash an epic Cali bacon burrito, 2 soft chicken tacos, fries and a high c drink; Instead, I got delivered all 4 crunchy tacos…. 😡😡

Overall this is my favorite Del Taco location... It's relatively clean and the food is always A1, I don't usually go to Del Taco but when I do I make sure to go to this one. The staff is always friendly and helpful too which is a plus forsure.

This place is a little understaffed. You have to order pretty far ahead of time and say that you're there pretty far ahead of time to have the food ready when you walk in. I would say in the three or four times that I have ordered from here, they've only had the food ready once, the rest of times it's been about a 5 to 10 minute wait.

Flavorful Journeys Baltimore
As an East Coast transplant, my first experience with Del Taco was a revelation. I had assumed it would be another typical fast-food chain, but it completely exceeded my expectations. The food was surprisingly delicious, offering fresh ingredients and bold flavors. The portions were generous, making it an excellent value for the price. From the tacos to the burritos, every item I tried was a winner. Del Taco has definitely won me over, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a satisfying and affordable meal.
