I dont know how you dont know what a cripsy chicken soft taco is... I literally repeated myself multiple times.. and you looked at me as if i was stupid. And even tried to correct me to justify you getting my order wrong. I wanted 1 crispy chicken soft taco, and not three chicken soft tacos... I feel bad because theyre my race... but I felt like they were trying to treat me like i was stupid.

Got two fish tacos, bit into one of them and the fish was rock hard. Just keep driving to somewhere better don't waste your money on this place you'll just get ripped off.

I went here on a Friday lunch break at 2 pm the food was disgustingly terrible! I ordered chicken tacos fries the fries were dark color in which they said it was the grease they fry the French fries in. Instead of making new ones he gave me a refund not to mention the cold tacos ! I have never in my life had this bad experience at a Del Taco in a nice neighborhood! I will revisit and speak to the manager as well as health department! This is low quality service from a fast food chain those fries look like he cooked them a week ago! SMH!!!!
The iced coffee tasted like water, and the French fries were old and stale. I really wasted my money.

So awful. So overpriced, such small servings and soooooooo bad. Go anywhere besides here. Two cheese quesadillas (which tasted mostly of old grease) and three very pathetic burritos for $30! Who could afford that? It’s outrageous and especially when it taste bad and portions are paltry (and that’s being kind!!). Do not waste your time at Del taco. The food was so bad, we did not actually finish a single item. Please note that my receipt for all food items does not include drinks or sides. This is just straight up à la carte . outrageous!

They say they are open on Google maps hours. Also at the restaurant, the posted Christmas Day hours are 7:00 am to 12 am. However, it’s now 7:06 am and the store is empty!

You know, we don't usually have crazy high expectations, but they did forget to give us an entire burrito (we've gotten into the habit of checking the entire order), so we had to wait a bit more time.
On top of that, and the main reason for even writing a review, the rice in EVERY burrito was old or overcooked. Each bite had crunchy, hard rice in them.
