I went here on a Friday lunch break at 2 pm the food was disgustingly terrible! I ordered chicken tacos fries the fries were dark color in which they said it was the grease they fry the French fries in. Instead of making new ones he gave me a refund not to mention the cold tacos ! I have never in my life had this bad experience at a Del Taco in a nice neighborhood! I will revisit and speak to the manager as well as health department! This is low quality service from a fast food chain those fries look like he cooked them a week ago! SMH!!!!

So awful. So overpriced, such small servings and soooooooo bad. Go anywhere besides here. Two cheese quesadillas (which tasted mostly of old grease) and three very pathetic burritos for $30! Who could afford that? It’s outrageous and especially when it taste bad and portions are paltry (and that’s being kind!!). Do not waste your time at Del taco. The food was so bad, we did not actually finish a single item. Please note that my receipt for all food items does not include drinks or sides. This is just straight up à la carte . outrageous!

They say they are open on Google maps hours. Also at the restaurant, the posted Christmas Day hours are 7:00 am to 12 am. However, it’s now 7:06 am and the store is empty!

You know, we don't usually have crazy high expectations, but they did forget to give us an entire burrito (we've gotten into the habit of checking the entire order), so we had to wait a bit more time.
On top of that, and the main reason for even writing a review, the rice in EVERY burrito was old or overcooked. Each bite had crunchy, hard rice in them.

I was gannna order food. But went to the restroom real quick. Did my business. They didn't have toilet paper to be seen. I called the number and had to do a sacrifice and use my SOCKS -__-

Ordered two Del Tacos. The shells were stale. I'd say inedible except that I was short on time and ate them anyway. With the prices being charged now there's no excuse for this. Not sure if this is just a terribly run location or if the entire chain just doesn't care. Either way, this literally left a bad taste in my mouth.

Your cut and paste reply to my complaint implies that this happens so often that a personal reply is not possible. You're disappointed? How about being offended that one of your locations allowed this to happen? In the grand scheme of things, it's just two tacos, so no, I'm not going to do anything more than what I've done. But it would have been nice for it to be taken more seriously.
