They don’t honor uber discount. I’ve ordered many times from them, the last 2 times I ordered from them with discount. First time they missed my drink, second time they missed the drink AND the pancake. I don’t mind paying in full but they should be more upfront about it if they don’t accept discount

This morning, I came to your establishment to pick up an order. There were three people working in the kitchen (they appeared to be Mexican). I called out to all three of them multiple times, but they completely ignored me and showed no interest in helping. I had to wait for about 15 minutes just to receive my order.

I couldn’t understand this behavior. This is a business, and basic courtesy should be shown to customers. Encountering such indifference and rude attitude was truly upsetting. This kind of behavior damages the image of your business and seriously affects customer satisfaction.

I wanted to bring this situation to your attention and kindly request that appropriate action be taken.

( Except Omar, because he finally showed up. He humbly gave me the order. Sorry about the wait.)
