Was looking for a boba shop around the area (I’m not from here). The light wasn’t on, the workers were no where to be found, unsure if the shop was even open. Once noticed that they have customers, they were disrespectful and made my drink as well as, my sisters’ drink gross. Do not recommend coming back here again.

Really happy about the customer service here! I placed an order online for a lychee Yakult and a couple minutes later they called and said they were out of Yakult, and asked if I wanted a refund or a different drink. I was already on the way over, so I said I’d get there and pick a new drink there. I got there and ordered a different drink, and they apologized profusely for running out of Yakult, and offered me a second drink to make up for it. Great customer service, and great drinks too! (Ended up with a lychee milk tea and a condensed milk coffee, which were both good)

I got thr black tea. The tea isn't great. Gotcha Tea is miles better and a 1 minute walk. Gotcha serves legitimately good drinks.
Very kind workers! My drink broke from the bottom right after getting it cause the straw broke the cup and it was closing time. One of the workers offered to remake the drink for me! Thank you for the great service here :)

1. DOES NOT take cash!!2. Signature milk tea tastes watered down versus the same at other Ding Teas. NOWHERE enough sugar for a regular boba drink with no mods.3. More expensive than other Ding Tea locations. $5.80 for a regular signature with boba.
