I asked the workers if the drinks contained artificial coloring and they seemed annoyed by my question. Sorry that not everyone wants to drink fake coloring and poison their body. I ordered anyway but will not be coming back. They didn't even try to read the ingredients or anything to let me know. Ding tea, don't you think it's important for your workers to know the ingredients of what's being served? Especially when there are people allergic to food coloring.

1. DOES NOT take cash!!2. Signature milk tea tastes watered down versus the same at other Ding Teas. NOWHERE enough sugar for a regular boba drink with no mods.3. More expensive than other Ding Tea locations. $5.80 for a regular signature with boba.

Asked if I could get add the dark caramel type sauce and she didn't seem to know what I was talking about so I pointed to the menu and said that sauce right there that's on the latte. She said so you want the latte? And I said no I want brown sugar milk tea add the sauce. Also asked for 50% sweetness. Got my drink had no sauce and was definitely 100% sweet. I tried to say something and she walked in the back lol...I sadly threw it away cause it just tasted like extremely sweet milk, no tea flavor whatsoever. Ended up going to boba junkie down the street. It is AMAZING.

Popcorn chicken here is the best I've had so far and customer service is top notch. So glad that this is so close to work and it will be my go to boba place for sure!

I came here as a delivery driver dropping off to Ding Tea. I was greeted warmly, not expected to hand delivery to the back, not told to exit the service door, and I was offered a cold drink. I've done nearly 2,000 deliveries and many to retail businesses/restaurants/drink shops and never have I been treated this way you guys are awesome!!

Food here is amazing (great popcorn chicken) and their drinks are always delicious. Great staff as well who are helpful and friendly. I've been here so often that they know my order and I love that. By far one of my favorite spots to go to!

While visiting family in the OC, we decided to get our boba fix at Ding Tea. But oh boy, did we have an interesting experience! From the moment we entered, we felt like professional boba seekers on a mission. Sadly, the service didn't share our enthusiasm. We weren't greeted, and we wondered if we had entered an elusive tea secret society. To make matters more...shall we say, 'interesting,' one of the cashiers was rocking a fashion-forward outfit consisting of short shorts and a sweater that may have accidentally revealed a fashionable bra strap. We respect the creativity, but it caught us off guard! But fear not, fellow boba enthusiasts! The teas themselves actually managed to save the day. The quality was on point, quenching our boba cravings like magic. Sadly, when we left and thanked the two employees, a total silence ensued. It was quite the silent goodbye party. We even tried to channel our inner mind-readers, but no words were uttered. So, let this be a reminder to all businesses out there--engaged and lively employees are the secret ingredient to success! Let's keep the boba love flowing, one friendly encounter at a time.
