Ordered a pizza from this dominos location at 10:00 on a Tuesday night after I got off of a 4 hour flight, waited 2 hours in my hotel room for it to show up and nothing happened. Store hours posted online state open until 1 am so I tried to give them a phone call and was put to hold for over 40 minutes. Order from a different dominos and Brianna the manager I hope you lose your job because you obviously don’t know how to run a business.

This store, and Dominos corporate conspire to go for the maximum false advertising. They constantly flaunt their 6.99 2-topping pizzas. But in the fine print, they say Handmade Pan pizza will cost more (how much more, you don't find out until checkout). Then they put in a little * - this is the best price. (Mind you, not the price advertised in big giant Font, not the advertised price, but the "best price".) FTC needs to look into this blatant bait and switch corporate wide activity. (Why? 'Cause CA stores cannot do it for that price, and Dominos wants to confuse customers.) Totally dishohest, starting at the order page.

I placed my order, and 33 minutes later, they called to say they didn't have the ingredients to make my order. Poor customer service. Wasted 33 minutes of my time.

Do not order a pizza unless you expect to wait 2 hours. I’ve ordered a pizza twice I. The last month both times was quoted 30-40 min and took 2 hours to receive the pizza

Brianna (or Adrianna) is the alleged manager there. I found this out after I ordered a pizza and wings from her and after an hour the delivery had not arrived. I call back to track it down and she said it had been delivered an hour ago even though I had ordered it an hour ago. Turns out she got the address wrong which is curious because on the phone she got it wrong TWICE. I restated my address a 3rd time and was convinced she finally got it right. So I went to my neighbor’s house where she had it wrongfully delivered and the housekeeper was hosing down her internal walkway, just inside her patio gate. Turns out the delivery person dropped it just inside the gate and notified nobody. Their dogs got into it and ended up sick……as dog! Brianna refunded us for the delivery, but was totally unapologetic and couldn’t have cared less about the situation. She’s incompetent and a good reason to not order from this particular Dominoes. Before I wrote this review, I read other reviews here and zero surprise, more 1star reviews because of Brianna (or Adrianna). As long as she’s managing this store, I suggest you call Laventina’s or Gina’s or any other pizza place in the north Newport area.

This place is worth giving a shot. They serve large portions for reasonable prices. Always well organized and with great atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.

It was 1:45 am (they are open until 2:00 am) when I called to place my order. They wouldn’t even answer the phone. If they are open until 2:00 am they should sell pizza until 2:00 am.
