AMANDA AND HORACIO HELD IT DOWN TONIGHT!
It looked like Dominoes was understaffed tonight. Took a little longer to get my food but seeing Amanda hustle like she was was v impressive. You can tell she’s the kind of person that puts effort in everything she does. Great job hiring a manager like her because she handled every aspect of the store while I was there tonight.
Horacio (spell check on the name) had to handle pizzas practically flying out the oven while dealing with customer pickups. He seemed new but that didn’t stop his hustle either!
Well done Dominoes for hiring rockstars.

Easily the worst dominoes in the general area. This is the closest and only dominoes that delivers to my house. Place is so bad I do pick up orders at a further location instead of ordering from this one.

They get it right every single time! If any mess ups, as long as you are respectful and understanding that they are humans too, they always fix it without any embarrassment. I had a carryout order today and had a concerning experience. While the staff member was cleaning the floor with a mop, bucket, and gloves, he used the same gloves to take my pizza out of the oven, cut it, and place it in the box. This is a serious hygiene issue that needs to be addressed. I hope the management takes immediate action to ensure proper food safety practices.

Honestly, I wish I could leave negative stars. I have used this location for nearly 5 years living in Costa Mesa and each year. It progressively gets worse. I ordered delivery today put all the instructions as normal then was notified through the app that my order was delivered. However, it was not delivered to me. When I called the store, the very rude attendant put me on hold while she continued working in the background, never addressing my issue. Once I hung up the phone and called back she did the same thing literally seven times. It is so bad. I have reported this incident to Corporate and I hope something happens because this is absolutely absurd.

Terrible customer service. The manager on the phone was not helpful at all. I would avoid this location and choose Pizza Hut or papa John’s down the steeet. You don’t want to have to try to have them fix a mistake later and then receive poor customer service.

The service is okay they told me that I was going to be 15 to 20 minutes but it made me wait 30 minutes Also the Asian guy put my order he knew I was waiting for it and he never told me anything until I asked him that's why I give one star service it's not too good

Very bad service, I asked for them to speak to me in Spanish and she said she didn't have anyone to live it while she was speaking and her colleagues in the background were talking in Spanish, she cut off my call and didn't take my order.
Very badly served I asked them to speak to me in Spanish and she said she had no one to live it while she spoke it and her background companions talking in Spanish I cut off the call and I do not take my order.
