This local gem simply sparkles! The good vibes start even before you step inside the front door. They have some wooden benches and a heat lamp for cold nights. They even had a water station outside for customers. Parking can take a few extra minutes to find, depending on the day. We went for Friday night dinner for 2 people at 5pm and only had to wait a few minutes after entering our phone # on Yelp check-in tablet. During this and all previous visits, service was quick and friendly. The food is always quality with nice presentation. We always get their salmon skin salad because it’s a decent portion and most importantly, the salmon skin is nice and crunchy with a little bit of char. The 2 piece Crispy Rice w/Spicy Tuna was probably the best around here since the rice was still warm on the inside and crispy on the outside but not hard. Eat’s is unique in that they also offer smaller cut rolls in either 4 or 5 pieces. I think this is brilliant! Perfect portion size for folks who aren’t as hungry, yet for those that are, then you can order more variety. Finally, save some room for dessert especially on a hot summer day for Confetti Italian Ice & Custard (just a few stores down from Eat’s), voted best ice cream shop 2022 in California.

This place is so popular, I almost hate to write about it and help send even more people there. Still, they deserve it: it's good sushi that becomes outstanding because the prices are SO fair. Going out to eat anywhere these days is so painful, but not here. What a great deal.
Go at an off hour, bring a book to read or join the waitlist ahead of time, though. The wait times can be huge. Totally worth it, though.

This place totally deserves the high rating in Yelp and here. The atmosphere, the service and most importantly the food are awesome. Everything we tried, every roll, appetizer or salad was of highest quality and freshness.
We love Eat's Sushi - the rolls are enough to share but not too much, great selection and always great service. Make sure if it's later dinner time to put your name on the digital wait list, helps a ton!
This was actually maybe the best sushi I’ve ever had. The service was amazing it literally came in 5 minutes. Quality was amazing. And we got like 8 things and the total was only $56.

Definitely 10/10 and worth the wait. The place is small, but they run like a well-oiled machine and get you in and out. We ordered an order of gyoza, the dragon roll, and a black spider. The dragon roll was so good that we ordered another one.
This spot will be on our list whenever we're back in town.
