Profits given to Uber eats for poor driver app experience, unsafe unnecessary navigation , instead of map and destination, no u er makes a turn move , super dangerous instead of a proper map . Demand for oversight on driver safety and client address are priority not this mess for unregulated navigation disaster . Simple stuff can't be made here it's too much danger for a simple activity

Everything was fine except the price. The 3 tacos al carbon meal combo is $5.99 at the 5 or 6 other Pollo Loco restaurants I've been to, but it was $7.49 here. I wouldn't have minded a slight increase, I understand it's a costly Harbor Blvd property in Costa Mesa, but $1.50 is a 25% increase. I didn't price the other items there, but assuming everything is 25% higher, it might make sense to drive to another location. I know that I won't be returning there.

I haven't been to Pollo Loco in like 3 yrs. I completely forgot what I was missing. All the savory flavors exploded in my mouth and it was so DELICIOUS! The Staff was efficient, friendly and went above and beyond. I was a wonderful experience and I think I'm going again tomorrow. ? Don't tell the Diet that tho
