The place itself was incredibly dirty. Almost gross. The cashier was wonderful! But they got the order very very wrong. Wrong pieces of chicken were given from what was specifically requested. I had ordered a la carte to make sure I got what I requested. So, I paid extra and it was still wrong.
However, the chicken was great! Tortillas were great!

Ordered in app it originally said 35 minutes after I checked out it said 17 minutes, Iwas there within 5 minutes and it was ready... always over delivering. This location is always great and generous with the salsa.
Friendly drive thru. But dine in is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food and I usually don’t care as much. But I had time today.

For the first time we tried the El Pollo Loco the costumer service was really bad, I told her this is our first time here what do you recommend but she completely ignored. We got shredded chicken nachos, chicken tastes soooo bad, and had a bad smell also the guacamole was just an avocado and not smashed well. Was one of the worst food that we ever had. Hope it gets better soon

If I were a health inspector, I would give this place a solid 'F' for being downright disgusting.I went there to grab a bite, and let me tell you frankly: the bathrooms were a mess—no toilet paper, no napkins, and the floor was soaked. All the tables were sticky and greasy as if no one bothered to clean them in ages. The soda machine was not clean either, and for an unknown reason, the lid to the tea machine was wide open, leaving the tea exposed to unsanitary elements. To top it off, there was a scruffy dog running around, adding to the chaos. It was running up to customers and climbing on chairs. When I asked whose dog it was, nobody knew until finally, a guy claimed it was his. When I questioned if it was a service dog, he said no. So, I brought it up with the manager, who initially said it was fine until I threatened to involve law enforcement and health inspectors. Discreetly in Spanish, the manager quietly instructed him to take the dog out.This establishment is utterly repulsive and fails to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
