If I were a health inspector, I would give this place a solid 'F' for being downright disgusting.I went there to grab a bite, and let me tell you frankly: the bathrooms were a mess—no toilet paper, no napkins, and the floor was soaked. All the tables were sticky and greasy as if no one bothered to clean them in ages. The soda machine was not clean either, and for an unknown reason, the lid to the tea machine was wide open, leaving the tea exposed to unsanitary elements. To top it off, there was a scruffy dog running around, adding to the chaos. It was running up to customers and climbing on chairs. When I asked whose dog it was, nobody knew until finally, a guy claimed it was his. When I questioned if it was a service dog, he said no. So, I brought it up with the manager, who initially said it was fine until I threatened to involve law enforcement and health inspectors. Discreetly in Spanish, the manager quietly instructed him to take the dog out.This establishment is utterly repulsive and fails to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

The food is good not great, the "salsa" is all tomatoes and has absolutely no taste or kick to it, chicken was bland. And in Santa Ana where it's all Latinos, you could literally taste that no one there was putting in the required effort. Don't get me started about the prices!!! I got a tostada with a beverage my buddy got a 3 piece and IT WAS 1.25 SHORT OF 30 BUCKS. If you're going to raise your prices please make sure your food is worth it because right now it ain't worth it.

Your staff was rude with a false sense of" better thans"......I am positive it was my skin color and not my " proper command of the English language, University education, my six figure Bank account or my 100k Jeep ". All I did is order with the customary ," hello, pleases and thank you 's ".......Really disappointed. Doubt I'll return to your or anyone else's " El Pollo Loco". Food was hot but they blatantly added extra onion to a no onion request!

Employees at this drive thru are very kind. Ordered another classic chicken tostada salad and my app didn’t work again! Ugh, the employee was nice to inform me that the app is figuring out its problems. Also, I should’ve asked for the chicken extra juicy (my friend who worked there past def said it helps)

I ordered a pollo bowl combo. Substitute the chicken for broccoli and add corn, as I usually do. I get to the window and I was asked to pay an additional dollar than I would normally. So I questioned the cashier. She speaks to someone on her headset, or pretends to, then tells me that it's extra if I want corn AND broccoli. I asked how much extra. She said a dollar. I pay, but when I look at my receipt, I see an additional charge for a tostada shell. She placed my order the way I requested and there was no additional charge, so she added a tostada shell, wow. Apparently, whomever was on the headset didn't like El Pollo Loco pricing, or the fact I didn't want chicken, or both. I also received steamed broccoli with mold on it.Vegetarian options: Broccoli Corn Beans Rice
Still the best value and healthiest fast food option out there. Pollo bowl for $5 . Fresh and deliciousVegetarian options: This is the place for no meat EATS
Use to be my favorite spot by the last 3x I went they always mess up the order or forget the salsa. I always get nachos and they aren't that good there anymore .. sucks cu it use to be so easy to order and no complaints but now I don't go there that often

I probably go to this location about twice a week not cause the customer service is great at all but it's convenient and it's close to home but you ask them for extra avocado salsa and it's like they are selling they give one extra and that's it think it's a joke specially when your asking for extra
