Dried out chicken, almost jerky. Counterman Mauricio was nearly unintelligible. Very dreary atmosphere, like a homeless hangout. Pollo Loco quality has gone downhill for years now at several locations near me. Very sad.

I wouldn't suggest going to this location it's independently owned and they falsely advertise this banner with four different combos starting at $5.99 but won't honor them. It's a scam don't go here it's not a corporate store. It's independently owned and they will rip you off. One time I ordered a regular El Pollo Bowl they're supposed to be only $5.99 they charged me $8. And every time I go in there it almost feels like they're annoyed that people come in. I used to go to this place at least two or three times a week not anymore. I'll drive a little further to a corporate location

I would have to say this was the worst experience ever! All I ordered was 2 Taco el Carbon ( pretty simple you would think) I went through the drive through so didn’t realize the condition of my order until I reached home! The tortilla were not matched so nothing fit right, the cilantro looked like they just pulled it off the bush and of course I requested the avocado sauce and got the pico de gallo. Nothing about this order was appetizing. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had at this store but it will definitely be my last!!!
