The staff are always friendly and efficient while accepting the many orders at hand... the food is quite satisfying and fresh plus the price point is reasonable. I wish this restaurant chain was nationwide as I start missing it whenever I have to travel to other states. Long live El Pollo Loco!
Me and my family come here every twice or three times a week. When we come it's mostly around 1-3. There's this guy, who is more on the bigger side and he gives us weird and mean looks. My mom confronted him and he said, he doesn't like us because another co-worker on the night shift doesn't have us. The other people don't have a problem with us, but him in particular does. I feel like the issues they have with us shouldn't interfere with their work.

Very rude girl at the window. Doesn’t listen well and then gets an. Attitude when you let them know they messed up your order. Very unprofessional. Maybe she needs to find another job. She probably makes too much money now.
