I would have to say this was the worst experience ever! All I ordered was 2 Taco el Carbon ( pretty simple you would think) I went through the drive through so didn’t realize the condition of my order until I reached home! The tortilla were not matched so nothing fit right, the cilantro looked like they just pulled it off the bush and of course I requested the avocado sauce and got the pico de gallo. Nothing about this order was appetizing. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had at this store but it will definitely be my last!!!

The staff are always friendly and efficient while accepting the many orders at hand... the food is quite satisfying and fresh plus the price point is reasonable. I wish this restaurant chain was nationwide as I start missing it whenever I have to travel to other states. Long live El Pollo Loco!
Me and my family come here every twice or three times a week. When we come it's mostly around 1-3. There's this guy, who is more on the bigger side and he gives us weird and mean looks. My mom confronted him and he said, he doesn't like us because another co-worker on the night shift doesn't have us. The other people don't have a problem with us, but him in particular does. I feel like the issues they have with us shouldn't interfere with their work.
