Food: I have never been here before and I came on a T-Mobile free sub with purchase offer. I'm glad I got to experience these amazing sandwiches. Before the my to go sub chain was Jersey makes but that has now changed. The Hook & Ladder was sooo tasty and I highly recommend. The ham had a flavor I never tasted before.Service: Natural the people here were helpful and friendly. Can't expect anything less coming from a chain that supports our local hero's, fireman... if you didn't already guess that.Ambiance: The inside is decorated with Fireman history and tools all around l. The style I would imagine resembles that of a fire truck/station hybrid. I was at first confused as to why the tables surface was decorated in a cow pattern..... until it hit me it was a Dalmatian pattern Awesome attention to detail!

Watch out because they'll give you the wrong order. I ordered a Cold Italian sub and received some nasty hot roast beef... I also ordered the large 11-12 inch sub (mind you I paid an extra $9.60 for...) and only got a medium 7 inch. I ordered through GrubHub on 09/14/23 at 8:30 P.M. so I was unable to check the order myself. Best part is that the sticker on the bag says "this order was double checked" lol no, obviously it wasn't.

This place has gone down hill, let's just say. Not sure how this place still maintains 4 stars. I have had a bad experiences the last two times I have been here.. I ordered the Italian sub. It was sopping wet and I mean soggy like a sandwich in a cooler at the beach that gets water logged... you know what I'm talking about. I had picked up my first sandwich in a to go order so I called and let them know it was inedible due to how soggy it was. They said they would take my name down for a replacement sandwich at a later date.. okay fine. I realize now I should've just asked for a refund... Today I call in an order for pick up change the sandwich just in case that was the issue because they do put Italian dressing on the one I had ordered previously...I also asked them to toast the bread this way there would be no way there would be any soggy bread.. right? Or so I thought! Haha this time I got a club sandwich with just lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise on it. Well it's missing the tomatoes but no big deal.. Nothing on my sandwich should be wet... Right!?. So I get to my house and I am opening my sandwich to eat it and when I tell you this bread is legitimately soggy and it's nowhere near toasted like this bread should be toasted it's not even close to toasted. There is no way this bread was toasted so I don't know what their definition is, but this is not it and this is a cold sandwich, so I'm very confused how it could be soggy as they didn't steam the meat as they do with some hot sandwiches.. nonetheless, check out the video to see how soggy my poor sandwich was. Also... I had taken a picture of my sandwich before I even physically picked it up and realized how soggy it was because I was comparing it to the size of the chips considering it has changed in size if I'm not correct.. like, how is this a regular size sandwich? It's pretty small For the price. Don't even get me started on how the small Hispanic cashier person behind the register was completely rude to me when I told her I had a free sandwich and she was giving me this rude look and then proceeded to ask me who I spoke with... It was over a month ago now and honestly, I don't even recall who I spoke with as I did not take note of it, but I was told that they would take my name down.. so I just let her know what my name was, and what the situation was.. She seemed not happy about it at all, didn't even acknowledge what I stated, and then walked away and then give me the sandwich, and then told me the total. It was very weird. I would just skip this place altogether to be honest.Check out the video of this bread I didn't even call to tell them about this issue because I genuinely don't even want to go back and I'm sure it's too late to just get a refund for my original order instead.!

Day two, my meal was ready and even extra effort given to the condiments on the side. Unfortunately I specifically required NO pickle/relish of any sort extremely allergic and it was butted directly up against my wonderful brisket, so I ate the brisket without the bun. Totally delicious with cheddar! You won me to return again.
8:30 They close at 9:00 I was told I could not order a sandwich and eat inside because they close at 9:00I said I would be done and out before 9:00.They would not serve me.They have lost my business.

Great place to order from when serving a "grab and go" lunch for a large group of volunteers. Our very large order was correct, each item delicious and satisfying. Definitely going to keep them in the rotation of where to order from!

Sometimes I just crave a nice meatball marinara sub. I NEVER eat subs. Never ordered jersey mikes, subway, or any other sandwich sub place. I only order the meatball marinaras here. Maybe it's because I'm an EMT and I get a free drink and chips! Definitely worth it.

Ice had something brown in it, then we waited 20 minutes for 3 subs with only 2 other people in front of us... Could it be because we didn't tip on their app or maybe lots of online orders ahead of us ?... Try the one in Huntington Beach... Area matters !
