I grabbed a quick loaf of sourdough bread this morning and was disappointed to find the bread was extremely stale. Really difficult-to-chew stale. The bread had to be more than a day old and I stopped in at 10am. I would expect a French bakery to have bread that was at least baked that day, I wasn't expecting fresh out of the oven. The desserts looked good but I didn't try any. Don't buy bread here.

Would not accommodate my request to put a picture that i chose onto a birthday cake. What kind of bakery doesn’t put an imagine that you chose onto your own cake??? I had to buy one from a market pre-made. So wack dude. Disappointed.

Customer service at this bakery is awful. The employees have a bad attitude. I avoid this place like the plague. Unfortunately every once in awhile I have to go in here to pick up something for my work, and every time one girl in the front is so rude. Take note, owners. People will stop supporting your business when your employees are rude.

Love French's Bakery. I walked in at 4:30pm to get a last minute birthday cake, expecting to have very few to choose from at that hour, but the case was full of a wide variety of beautiful cakes. Have been many times and I'm never disappointed! They're the best.

I love French's bakery. I like to buy a wagon wheel and take to work, they all love it. The only problem with this bakery is they don't have a website. When I tell people about this place, they end up going to some other French bakery in CM; not this one.
I ordered on DoorDash because of the reviews I paid extra because I live a long way away. Very disappointed no better than average what you get at a supermarket for the cookies for the cupcakes . these taste like they’re made with mixes just like you could buy in the store chocolate chip cookies by the dozen are mediocre. I’m really disappointed. I wanted to have something really good.

We ordered a birthday cake and they did a beautiful job! The service was wonderful and they had our cake ready when we picked it up. It was also delicious! We had the vanilla cake with buttercream and it reminded me sooo much of my favorite Florida cakes from Publix—iykyk! Thank you for the wonderful cake and smash cake! My little one loved it!

Simply the best bakery in town. French's has been an institution in our family for decades. Wagon Wheels, pastries, cookies, cakes are all amazing. If you're new and want to try the place out, go for the pastries first. If you want to impress your co-workers and achieve legendary status, bring in Wagon Wheels for the break room.
