Globally recognized schnitzel expert with four decades of experience. This establishment offers the finest schnitzel in Orange County. However, a wider variety of options, such as Jägerschnitzel, Kochkässchnitzel, or Schnitzel with hollandaise and asparagus, would be a welcome addition.

Great place since many years. Owner focuses more on Sandwiches as the old German customers are getting fewer :(
However, they still have a great focused selection of great German gems that warm my heart, and sausages, meats and cheese are great quality, like “back home”.
And the German beer selection is really nice.

Anyway, I’ve been coming to globe for years. Quality food at a fair price. It’s a small business and they create a homey feel here.
Can’t go wrong with the brat and German potato salad and don’t forget to finish it off with an underberg.
