Beef tongue is juicy and tender. Wonderful grill flavor. Volcano porridge is also excellent. Pickles have the right amount of saltiness. A bit pricey compared to other eats in the area but worth it.
Gyutan Tsukasa, just inside Mitsuwa near Daiso, offers delicious charcoal-grilled beef tongue BBQ.
The tongue is tender, flavorful, and perfectly smoky from the grill. The cozy spot pairs great sides like rice and miso, making it ideal for a casual meal. A must-try for beef tongue lovers!

This is my first visit to Gyutanji in Los Angeles overseas. The taste is similar to Tsukasa-san's in Sendai.It was delicious, but the Sendai one is better, but I think it's more like overseas quality.
