After finding good ramen shop in Irvine, this place was the last try. Not bad but I felt little expensive.
Stop going to McDonald's or even in n out. This is real japanese ramen and is actually good for you.

I visited this ramen restaurant on July 20th and had a disappointing experience with their gyoza. The first plate had a long hair in it, and the replacement we had was raw inside. When we asked if it was safe to eat, the chef assured us that it was fine because the pork was fresh. Unfortunately, after one of us ate one, they admitted it was undercooked, which led to severe stomach pain and a visit to urgent care. This was especially disappointing because we are frequent customers, and this is the first time we’ve had such a negative experience. Sadly, we didn’t even receive an apology. I hope they improve their service and food safety standards in the future.
This is my absolute favorite Ramen place. I come here just about once a week.

Great little spot to hit that yen for Ramen. Service was fast. Old school atmosphere from the old country. The Boss is focused on customer service. My gyoza side order was comped after I marked the order sheet wrong and the service team thought I had cancelled it. Thank you, Sir!

I usually don’t write bad reviews.., but this place was bad. My gyoza wasn’t fully cooked (very dangerous), flies everywhere…and my noodles were hard (I asked for normal texture).

Perfect ramen with excellent service.
Walked into Spitz playing with a diverse customer base and we knew we were in good hands.
I tried the basic tonkotsu ramen with everything set to normal with the extra egg/chashu and it was delicious. The egg was slightly overcooked, but that didn't stop me at all from enjoying the rich ramen broth.
Friendly fast service. Thank you!

One of my favorite ramen shops in OC!
The shop is small and tucked into a little shopping plaza in Costa Mesa. Parking can be tricky when it’s busy, but the times I’ve gone with my BF, we haven’t had any issues. The vibe inside is cozy and no-frills, with that delicious ramen aroma greeting you as soon as you walk in. You fill out your order on a sheet at the table, and there are photos of the menu to help you decide. Once your order's in, service is fast—your ramen comes out piping hot in no time.
My go-to is the Black Devil—a bold mix of the God Fire and Black Tonkotsu broths. I usually get level 2 spicy, which hits the perfect balance of heat and flavor without overwhelming the rich broth. It’s honestly one of the only ramen bowls where I slurp up every last drop. That deep garlic flavor from the black oil, the spice, the creamy tonkotsu base—chef’s kiss.
The noodles have the perfect bite, and the chashu is always tender and packed with flavor. Sometimes my boyfriend and I order the gyoza too—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and a perfect appetizer to kick things off.
If you’re into intense, flavorful ramen with a kick, this place is a must. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area—especially if you're a spicy ramen lover like me!
