Hamamori is a high quality sushi restaurant located in the South coast Mall Annex. The best offerings on the menu are the Gems, which are creatively flavored sushi so leave the soy behind. We came here for lunch a few times and the bargain on the menu is the VIP lunch with a sashimi salad, miso soup, the crunchy asparagus, several pieces of sushi (7-8) and some ice cream. Food is amazing and love Hamasan! Fresh from Japan and unique flavors… you must try from the gems to get the best flavors in my opinion. Or get omakase if you want a special experience where he creates sushi paired with different flavors that you can’t order just off the menu since he makes it special for you with a unique twist to each person. They have draft beer and cocktails and sake that you can also enjoy with friends when dining here.
