The black tonkotsu ramen that I ordered was just okay in my opinion. The broth was unremarkable and the chashu was on the hard/chewy side. The gyoza was not that different from the supermarket's grab and go area. I'd like to go here again and try different dishes.
Recently renewed and reopened inside Tokyo Central. The dishes definitely look better than the photos because it's not as memorable as the ramen at Butadon. To start, the broth isn't even hot, only medium. No steam rising from it and by the time you're halfway through, it's lukewarm. Like coffee, only the best come Hot.
