I ordered the number 7 rare steak bowl and was surprised with the richness of the broth on a busy rainy day. I was so happy to find a hot bowl of pho that exceeded my expectations while in a part of town I rarely visit.

The restaurant was clean and very nicely decorated on the inside. The staff was cheerful and upbeat. Ordering was easy. My order was ready after a short wait, as I opted for to-go. I consider myself a Pho lover, and I know good pho from bad pho. This place serves great pho!
The broth was really good; super proper, not overwhelming in any way, but extremely pleasant and enjoyable. I could not detect any MSG. The portion of rare beef with one of the bowls of pho was HUGE. Super fresh and lean thin slices. The noodles were also really good, only moistened enough to stay al-dente when in the hot soup. My daughter also loved her grilled chicken pho. All in all, this was a very enjoyable bowl of soup. Super proper, I would highly recommend.

I stopped by Happy Pho for lunch on a rainy day. The service was fast and efficient, which was great for a busy lunchtime.
The portion size was generous, definitely good value. However, the rice noodles were overcooked. Other than that, everything else was good.
If they improve the noodle texture, it would be a solid spot for a quick pho fix.

I've been twice. As a fan of pho I left a little disappointed both times. Quality of ingredients don't seem great. Broth was okay thoughBroth 3/5Meatballs 1/5Brisket and beef 3/5Service 3/5Would have given 3 stars but they raised their prices since last time, you can find much better pho in the area at that price point.

The pho Tai was surprisingly very good. Good portion of thin sliced beef and a good broth. Tucked away in a strip mall of Harbor blvd. Basic decor but clean and reasonable price not cheapest like some on other side of 405 but its good pho and that's all that matters.
