A hidden gem, this little coffee shop always provides service with a smile and carefully crafted coffee drinks. Parking can sometimes be challenging.

The location is somewhat crowded and difficult to access♿️. However, the staff provided prompt, courteous, and efficient service. The food was fresh, and the coffee was flavorful and delicious. Fausto and Stephanie.

After our quick flight we were looking for a spot to grab coffee and a bite before a show at the Segerstrom Center. Most of the nearby recs on Reddit were super upscale—not really our vibe. We’re into the arts, sure, but we’re also lowkey and prefer somewhere relaxed. So glad we found Hola Adios. The coffee hit the spot, the breakfast burritos were delicious, and the chill, youthful energy of the place made us feel right at home. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area and want good food without the fuss.

so I always order a Cortado and this is my first time here and Cortado are generally served in a clear glass so they should think about that. The music is a bit too loud and the biggest problem is the girl with the septum ring, while she's working very vigorously and efficiently, She doesn't even have time to squeeze out a smile. Her coldness gives the customer a cold experience, and I guess she forgets that they charge a lot for their products. overall, the Cortado was fine, but of course she forgot the honey that I asked for inside and the chocolate pastry was good but seriously for $6. Also they have like half the wall is set up for their sales merchandise which just takes up room and doesn't give any warmth or coziness to the place

Come for the vibes, stay for the exceptional coffee, food, and service.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. You can't go wrong whether you are having drip coffee, a seasonal latte, or whatever. All the food options are legit. Great service, swag, decor, and lots of seating

I love hola adios but today really solidified why. As we headed out today my 2 yo darted towards the door causing me to start to run after & drop my coffee. Everyone in line said “go”. By the time I got back they had not only cleaned up but remade my latte. It’s clear this shop has created a community that cares from the baristas to regular customers. And the amazing espresso + burritos always hit the spot.
