Stopped by this location about 2pm on my way to an appointment because every location I've ever been to has really had it together. Spent a little less than an hour in line moving about a car length every 12 minutes. Did not make my appointment.

This time, I visited N & Out in Costa Mesa. Service was outstanding, burgers were great as well French fries. Men's Restroom was dirty. Ketchup dispensers were pretty much empty.

I went yesterday at 10pm (Nov 12) with the church group and i ordered double double and waiting like 15 minutes!! They called 3 orders after my order even i was standing in front of the counter waiting and waiting!! Suddenly i found my order waiting for some one smart to expedite it to me!! I asked if it's cold I will return it and cashier nodded her head with no even apology!! And yes it was cold and French fries was cold as well!! I felt embarrassed to go back to the line and return it and i ate my food (COLD) shame ?
