Zero consideration for customers who order online ahead of time. We order one sandwich and show up 15 minutes after ordering. Once acknowledged, the staff continues to serve and make sandwiches for people who walk in 10-15minutes after us. It's taken 35-45 minutes to get one sandwich with the app our last 4 times ordering here. One sandwich. Yet they'll make three for someone who walks in 15 minutes after you and expect you to wait. Worst service when using any app to order form anywhere we've been. Do better

First time there with my son. I was visiting from out of state, and we don't have a jersey Mike's! My son ordered off menu. Secret #99, I believe it was. Served hot. It was to die for! Fantastic sandwich beef with cheese and a bit of a kick! So flavor paced!?

My family has eaten here countless times and are always pleased. Only issue I've ever had is with other customers being rude in some way. Line goes right by a bunch of high tops, and people get snarky if you're too close. I get it. Some drunk guy in there next to me today reeked. Store can't control much of that. We only come for lunch, so maybe that's a contrast to explore versus all the feedback about the evening visits. Outstanding quality, workers seem to care about the design of their subs, not just slapped together. We truly enjoy all the subs we've had here and the service.

This honestly was more sad than anything. I ordered a #31 California Chicken Cheese Steak from door dash. It made so poorly with no quality control whatsoever. There was hardly any meat, it was mostly bread and lettuce and even with that, the bread was dry. I also asked for tomatoes and there was none on there. Just a very sad representation for Jersey Mike's

Service is usually good but tonight I felt rushed the guy with glasses was having a conversation with a young girl working there when I walked in they broke the convo and greeted me but I was super rushed on what I wanted I asked at check out are you guys about to close ? And he's like no maybe like 40 mins ... just thought it was interesting and as I was leaving he's like "okay so yeah like I was saying my ex" I just think it's rude Bec honestly j didn't even get the type of bread I wanted.....

The food is always good but there’s a girl that’s fairly new that messes up my sandwich EVERYTIME. She doesn’t ever make it correct and it’s simply “mikes way” she’s super slow and it’s frustrating to repeat myself everytime. They gotta move her off the sandwich making. Everyone else that works there is super good.

Second time going into the store just to get refused a hot sandwich. Did not know its policy to not serve hot sandwiches at 815 pm. Really disappointed. Maybe find another job where you you don’t have to make hot sandwiches if it is really that much of an inconvenience to you. Also very sad that I’ve read multiple reviews about this matter. Do better Jersey Mikes.

Wow! Really slipping guys. Been gathering and redeeming shore points for years now and the last few visits have been less than satisfying to say the least. Once again giant 17 was all bread and paper thin collection of meat. No wonder they wrapped it fast before I could see it. 3rd time in a row even after I asked them. Bye bye mikes!

We walked through the unlocked door right as the clock.turned to 9:00. We were refused service. I think it would be appropriate if it were 9:01 and the door was locked but we even called ahead and we'retold we couldn't place a phone order but "come in and we'll make it for you". Sorry for wanting your product so much we busted our humps through traffic to get there when we could've stopped somewhere else. To the owner/manager, this was Wed night so check your schedule to see who these brain doners were....we will never come back. Ever.

I contacted the store and requested my sandwich be remade and the employee that handled my issue right away! That's what I call service, rare find in today's restaurant industry.

These clowns messed up my order and said it would take a week to get my money back. When I filed a complaint these idiots told corporate that they gave me free sandwich for my trouble which is not the case. Don't eat here and watch your money if do eat here. If they ring you up and mess up they will do everything in their power to shift responsibility even to go as far as spread lies to their corporate office. The worst eating experience to date. Watch your money kids they take it and run and overcharge. Shift lead and district manager are no help. Good luck :)
