I went in there today, in a funk. I spent 2 weeks in Florida taking care of my mother, she went through 4 surgeries and succumbing from the intensity of it. Mike who was at the counter started chatting with me, asking me how things are with me. I was still not used to the fact that my mother is no longer with me, but I didn't know how to answer the question other than to tell him what happened. He started telling me about his brother and how he knows the difficulty of losing a loved one. I don't really remember what happened next as much as I couldn't talk much, fumbling to pay. Mike took care of the situation, handled my confusion and distress with care and for that moment, treated me like a human being. He also got out of the counter and came to me to give me a hug. I couldn't help but cry and I appreciated the grace and kindness he showed me.
I know he isn't the real Jersey Mike but he embodied what the original Jersey Mike was about, getting to know the people you serve. You have me as a customer for life in this sandwich shop. God bless and in this age of division, I appreciated this moment.

I always love coming in to Jersey Mike’s. This time, however, Cullen, Marky, and Matthew did an exceptional job taking care of my party when we came in. They were both charismatic and professional. Will definitely be coming back to this location. Great job Jersey Mike’s!

I've made an order through Grubhub, and you can't call this restaurant because their phone gives a nonstop busy signal. All I wanted to do was make sure they didn't put jalapeños on my Big Kahuna because I always order it without, and they get put on anyway. I just don't like them, but if it was someone with an allergy, they could literally end that person's life. You shouldn't have to call. They should just make the orders as the customer asked regardless.

I went to pick up my package this morning and I only ordered one sandwich. When I went, they told me it was being prepared and they made me wait for 45 minutes. Three girls were working and they were working in a disgusting way. The place was filthy.

Being the very first time I had ever entered a store like this, I was overwhelmed with all the options for bread, cheese, meat, and toppings. However the staff was incredible patient amd kind to me, offered me different recommendations and suggestions based on my tastes, which ultimately led to my favorite sandwich ever!!! Will definitely be going again!!!

This place is clean and staff was so nice, made me the most delicious fresh Italian sub ever and the vanilla cream soda was so so good. Highly recommend!
