Collin at the 17th Street, Costa Mesa/Newport location is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Always so happy and displays the BEST customer service of any place we frequent. We will always be coming back to this location as long as he is there!!! Promote the kid!!! He is the future!!!

Great Jersey mikes! Went last Friday and the 3 guys in the morning made sure the sand which was just the way you want it, instead of just throwing the sandwich together. They were super nice as well. Thank you guys!

Listen, the food is good but DO NOT order for pickup. I don't know who my guy was but I continued to repeat my order and he continued to get it wrong. After finally getting confirmation over the phone exactly what I wanted, he still got it completely wrong. I made sure to check my receipt and make sure I didn't get someone's food but it was my receipt. Awful

Immediately upon entering they welcome you loudly and ask if you're picking up an order or placing an order and help you right away. When placing my order, the team members making my sandwich always personalize the conversation. They are always sure to ask how my day is, offer suggestions of their favorite sandwiches, and make you feel seen and heard. Food is always delicious! One of my favorite Jersey Mike's to visit!
