Delivery driver was very rude
She would not clean the key pad and would not take my phone number. She is also working alone taking phone calls when she has 4 customers waiting in front of her
Showed up 20 minutes before closing and they already had the doors locked and said they were closed.
Freaky fast is the best way to describe Jimmy John's because you can walk-in order your food and be out the door in 5 minutes or less. If you want sprouts, be sure to make the request.
Horrible customer service I walked in here to get change for a 20 and the manager on duty straight up told me he doesn’t give change with a stink look on his face like my money wasn’t good enough never coming here again. Granted I come here every day to get a sandwich. Smh
