It looked better than it tasted. We ordered chips and salsa but the homemade tortilla chips weren't fresh and they weren't cooked all the way. So they were rubbery. I will never ever go there again. Subpar food. Like they should be embarrassed even sending food out like that.

I stopped coming here after I had to wait in line for 10 minutes waiting to order a milkshake because the people in front of me couldn’t decide want they wanted to order. I asked the lady if I could put my order in because I knew what I wanted and she tells me I can leave if I don’t want to wait

On June 17, I went to buy four quesabirrias to go, but we were eating with my son when we noticed a hair in the food. It was very upsetting to see a hair in the food we were eating, and when I called the store to tell them about the problem, I expected them to tell me they would be more careful or take the necessary measures to prevent it from happening again. The employee called me a liar. Customers lie. What kind of customer service is this? I spent $20 for four tacos, and they still call me a liar. They should take better care of their customers.
