On Sunday I called on the phone to place an order for 4 Menudos. The Menudo was so unpleasant. The meat was terrible. Its texture looked like paper. It had an unpleasant smell. In the end, $65 dollars wasted in the trash. Just trying it made my stomach hurt. family, I don't know how they can sell the food in that state, very bad experience, I don't recommend it.

Yesterday we bought 4 Menudos (65usd thrown in the trash) - and it's actually terrible, I don't recommend it, I'm wondering if the Menudo was from a week ago or the person who cooked it has no idea how to cook a good Menudo! I don't think they will improve. I have visited this place on several occasions and their food is terrible!!! I don't recommend it at all!!!

Not gringo friendly. I came in just to grab a milkshake. There was only one person in line a head of me that didn't know what they wanted, I stood there for 5 minutes and asked if I could just order my shake but they claimed its against store policy. It's sad because I usually come in the morning and everybody's always cool but this is my third negative encounter with evening staff and it was the last straw. Definitely never coming back.

This is one of my favorite places to go for some authentic mexican in Costa Mesa. My favorite thing is their tacos al vapor (which I feel like is usually super hard to come by) with their tamarindo and end it with fresas con crema. Service is solid and their salsa bar even more so. Love this place!Vegetarian options: They have nopales, papas and tofu options on some plates.Parking: Parking lot with multiple spots shared with other local companies
