Either the owners or whoever they allow to run their tiktok page, are being publically racist.
They posted a video of a bowl of ramen being made, it had a lot of hand contact from someone not wearing gloves touching the food, which can draw a lot of negative comments on that platform.
One comment from user @santiii1942 read, "This aint india guys the guy is clean"
The restaurant's tiktok account liked this comment.
They also left a long comment in the general comment section explaining, correctly, that not wearing gloves can lead to cleanlier practices when handling food, but this does show there was an actual person taking these actions on this account and viewing the comments, not just going through liking everything automatically.
Shame on whoever it was from this establishment that liked that comment.

This is a cute ramen spot. It’s not a big restaurant but it’s a great place for a quick lunch. They make it easy to order and have a lot of different options. I got the Mazemen which is a soupless ramen. I would recommend getting their karaage. It’s 5 huge pieces of chicken and it’s absolutely delicious.

The broth in the Tsukemen was so light it almost tasted like water (even after I added salt). The broth was also lukewarm.
I'm not a ramen connoisseur by any means but I've had many bowls of Tsukemen in Tokyo and this falls very far off compared to the average. I was hoping for better because of all the good reviews :(
The regular ramen seems to be alright from what my friends say.
It was a hot summer day. They had this cold ramen that looked good. I thought the idea was decent, but the chicken seems a bit dry. It was still enjoyable overall.

One of the best ramen places I know of in OC. It didn't seem too busy on a weekday dinner so that was nice to get seated and our food so fast.
The ramen itself is filled with delicious toppings and the meat was very tender and flavorful. The ramen is quite a rich and intense broth so that could be a good or bad thing depending on your pallet.
Service was so friendly and attentive also! The only downside is that it's on the price side but I'll gladly come back since it was so delicious.
First time in, now I am hooked. Usually take a picture of good food but the tonkatsu smelled so scrumptious that I started eating before getting a good picture. The waitress was so helpful and helped place the order. Broth was rich in flavor, got the straight noodles which were perfect, pork was tender and melted as you bite into it. Will definitely come back when I'm in the area again.
