Tried Kashiwaramen for the first time, the Ramen was very average and okay. One bowl was the average cost of $20. I wasn’t blown away by the taste, noodles were standard.

At HIDE-CHAN RAMEN, our ramen starts with a slow-simmered tonkotsu broth, cooked for hours to achieve a deep, creamy richness without heaviness.

We use traditional Hakata-style thin noodles — firm, springy, and designed to perfectly hold the broth. Every element, from soup to noodles, is balanced for clarity, depth, and comfort.

Rooted in Hakata tradition and refined through decades of craftsmanship, our ramen is honest, rich, and deeply satisfying — made the HIDE-CHAN way.

Solid bowl of ramen. Got the black garlic bowl. Chashu was very soft. The yakitori was also juicy and tender with a slight char served steaming fresh off the grill

My daughter introduced me to this restaurant. Every time we've either gotten food to go or ate at their small establishment the food was always excellent.

Ordered gyoza and a mini karaage bowl for appetizers and tonkatsu ramen and Malatang ramen (seasonal dish) for our main dish. They said the malatang ramen is very spicy🔥(think buldak) but they made a mild (but still a little spicy) version for us since we weren't sure if the regular version would be too spicy. All the food was delicious; we will return and try the malatang without modifying the spice level and definitely re-order the gyoza. Service was good, but the number of tables are limited so you may have a wait on busy nights.

Absolutely love this place and it is my go-to for ramen! I don’t eat pork and miss out on the flavor of the broth but they do a killer black garlic ramen. Food comes out quick and is delicious! Has a cozy feel to it and is a lowkey spot that should be more mainstream! Fire!

Solid. Tonkatsu broth is great. Some of the best we’ve had. Get the chicken karaage. Will definitely be back.
