Super disappointed with the brisket sandwich my husband and I ordered here at Kenwood’s. I have driven by so many times and was looking forward to trying a new restaurant. The sandwich looked good and was loaded with meat. However, upon biting into this great looking sandwich, I was disgusted and horrified to discover the “meat” was ALLL FAT AND GRISTLE!!! The bottom of the sandwich was soaked and too soggy to lift as a sandwich. I ended up with exactly one bite of brisket....
First time here, busy weekend but still lots of parking and lots of seats. Sat at the bar and the service wasn’t great, messed up our orders and took forever to get refills. Would recommend because the food and atmosphere.
The tater tots are so addicting! They must fry them twice or something to get them that crispy. The mushroom burger was good. They only cook it to medium, no other options. The service was very attentive and since we were celebrating a friend’s birthday, they brought him some ice cream.
