I ordered on the ap 14 pic bucket added the tmobil deal chicken sandwich it didn’t make it on so no sandwich asked to reorder nope terrible attitude beware when you eat there

We had to explain ourselves that the combo meal order from the tablet comes with a drink. And the bad thing about it their is no receipt that was printed from the tablet

Really one of the worst KFCs anywhere. Because it is near my house I try them again about once a year and it is consistently bad. Today was no different. Placed an order online for 30 min out. The store didn’t pick up or update the progress. When I got there and walked in, they let me stand at the counter with no line for 7 min. They saw me but no acknowledgement. The place is dirty and dilapidated needing updates. The original recipe chicken was a soggy mush with gummy breading. The nuggets were super salty and I’m a salt monster.

Someone from franchise compliance needs to audit this store. It gives the brand a bad name and doesn’t deliver on the food or customer service.

This is hands down the best KFC I've ever had! I literally go out of my way to come to this location the food is always Super Fresh and somehow it's bigger portions than others the chicken sandwich I just had today was bomb it would cost you $25 for that sandwich in the restaurant

I hate coming here, but it's the only one in the area. The service is absolutely horrible. They take forever to acknowledge you. We went through the drive through and it took forever! The kitchen was absolutely dirty. We were about 90% done with our food and found this in our Mash potatoes. I'm done going to this location.

Well, I didn't want to have to do this & was genuinely hoping the first time was a fluke. Then was hoping to resolve it with the manager 1:1 but after having 5 calls ringing to a busy signal, I am realizing this must be a trend so here I am. Twice, through doordash, I have ordered their new Dr. Pepper with sweet cream. This is a specialty item that cannot be ordered in a combo, and is a deliberate purchase. After it was not sent properly last time I made sure to note it to my driver this time, she was defensive & rude. She said it was only up to her to bring what is sent & they told her it was all there. As I said, I called several times & no one answered. Seems a disabled patron has no other option but to get ripped off.

It's a shame that they ran out of Mac n cheese and it's not the first time. It's a restaurant that is a key part of its menu and they ran out and it's barely 7pm. This is a bad reputation for the franchise.
