This information is for future customers and Corporate. My girlfriend and I have been to LazyDog in San Mateo Ca about 9 times and sat at the bar. Save your money! Go somewhere else! Bar tender’s care more about washing glasses cleaning and talking among themselves then checking on the paying customers! When you finally get someone’s attention they have attitude like it’s a BIG BOTHER to ask them for service.
Corporate send some secret shoppers to the bar section and see for yourself.

No Manager, No District Manager, No HDQ Help. Ask for carton to go and heat up my food after heating for one minute this was what I pulled out of my microware, there goes my lunch and $22 plate of food gone and melted. WTH this is awful and no help from the location.

Why 2 stars for a place we love? Our server Hannah was great and the food we missed was great.. Simply put...the rediculous policy at the Torrance location that we cannot sit at the high tops when we come in for Happy Hour. Now, before we finish 100% of the time, someone is sitting at the high tops just not us!!! Also, as we usually do, we see many walk out in frustration. The Manager is busy on his phone or chatting at the bar with regulars. And we don't blame the kid at the host desk as he is just doing what he is told.We were regulars since it opened! Always sitting at the high top at 3pm every Wednesday spending our $100 for an enjoyable time. So now you have at least lost $5200 a year. More as we would also come with friends and family. We have other choices. We didn't come for a year and tonight r saw nothing changed. Ps. You're the only place in the South Bay to serve small Space Dust. It was fun while it lasted.

The food is okay.... But isn't this supposed to be a "beer-centric" establishment featuring craft beer. The management and serving staff make it sound that way. I'd just give up on this and support local craft breweries directly. You can easily find better beer choices and often better food value. Sorry Lazy Dog, not quite.

I got charged again $37.89 this morning in a totally different state I don't live in same price as the 22nd when I went to the one in Stafford what kind of shady stuff is Lazy Dog up to

The food was good but would not have come here if I hadn't received a gift card. Oh suprise, the gift card "doesn't work" and they've been having issues with gift cards yet they didn't offer to comp any of our food so we paid out out of pocket. They then suggested we contact their corporate office and suprise again, nobody answered. The waitress let us know that they would send us another gift card but that doesn't refund the $90 we spent there and I honestly don't want to return.

Always good food and service! We were surprised to learn that the Moroccan Chicken is no longer on the menu and we wish you would bring it back! That was our favorite, although your pork ribs and other items are also delicious. Our dog LOVES your chicken and rice from the pet menu! Thank you for maintaining a delicious and clean, dog friendly establishment to take our pet out to dinner with us!
