Stopped by for some delicious noodles.
I ordered the Signature Trio Shrimp Broth Noodle, which was highly recommended.
You can choose between thick or thin noodles.
I chose the thick noodles.

ian the manager of this establishment came over and personally helped me out with the menu when i was struggling to figure out what i wanted. his suggestions and amazing customer service made my time at le shrimp very enjoyable. on top of that the food given to me tasted really good too. there prawn and chicken won tons were my favorite.

I was staying nearby on a work trip, and stopped here one night for a quick after-office bite. The A1 Signature Trio Shrimp Noodle was everything I hoped it would be: brimming with collagen and umami, and studded with shrimp essence. All three types of shrimp were perfectly cooked, and the noodles were deliciously al dente. While I still prefer meat-based broths, I definitely wouldn't turn down a bowl of this in the future. Especially when work is paying for it.

The shrimp broth tastes really fresh and flavorful. It’s advertised as an umami bomb and they really delivered! I would give a solid 5 if they got the ramen texture right. The noodle is too soft. Adding some chewiness would make it perfect.

I like the shrimp broth, and the crispy cod tastes good. And I also love the Chicken broth with crispy chicken. These two always are my favorite, and Taco is nice too~!

Simple but very tasty. The shrimp broth is umami. If you like shrimp and ramen then this is the place for you.

The food is great. The broth is super flavorful with a ton of shrimp essence. The dry noodles came with bonito flakes and a great flavor with moist chicken katsu. The service was a whole different story. The staff are nice but consistently fell short. They were slow to take my order, almost waited 10 minutes, which during lunch, is not good since most customers are office workers nearby with limited lunch time. The food took a while to come out as well. Then it also took a long time to get the check, despite me asking twice and watching my waitress chat with her personal friend who she just seated for at least ten minutes. I ended up just going to the counter to pay. Looking at the check, I realized they got my order wrong and I got charged extra. The guy at the counter apologized and seemed sincere about it. It just made me a bit sad because I really liked the food but not sure if I would come back. Keep in mind, the restaurant was not busy and was at around 30% capacity. I did feel like the guy waiter was really trying but the girl waitress seemed to just meander around at her own slow pace, not pulling her weight at all.

I enjoyed the food but was not overly impressed. No issues with service, but the wait was on the longer side. I appreciated the aesthetic of the restaurant. I would come back if someone suggested the location and reassess.

Noodle soups are a little bit sweet side but I felt good shrimp taste. The fried Cod with soup were so good. It's a decent place to eat if you like shrimp flavered noodle soup, yes on visit again.

They try to set themselves apart by touting themselves as the only place that offers "shrimp broth" as their main noodle base.
... Turns out their "shrimp broth" also contains chicken! We ended up having to amend our order to not include any soup/broth and just ate dry noodles which weren't very good...
The egg rolls tasted grocery bought.

Great deep shrimp flavor in their signature noddle dish without being overly salty. It’s fragrant and aromatic but not necessarily. The shrimp flavor may or may not be for everyone tho. Delicious chili wontons.
