Broth is pretty good. Better than I expected

The food over here was pretty good and it was my first time trying shrimp-flavored noodles. The atmosphere was so nice, that it felt like I was at a ramen restaurant. The workers are also very nice too and I'll never forget my experience trying the food here.

My friend wanted to try this place so we went to grab lunch with a couple of buddies. One person who joined was minorly allergic to shrimp. The waiter was very honest in making sure he knew which items were and weren't cross contaminated. He also said out of an abundance of caution it would be fine to just bring the food from another so we could all eat together without the risk. Appreciated the way the staff handled someone coming to a shrimp themed restaurant when he was allergic to shrimp.
Fish was cooked well, breading was tasteful, wasn't that spicy (I got the spicy version).

Nice place for a Japanese noodle lunch. The quality and taste won’t dissapoint. It is refreshing and the serving sizes are huge. If you kind of have a small appetite, it’s good enough for 2 people to share.

Got their A1 signature. All the ingredients is quality but the broth misses the mark. Oily broth, couldn't finish, and not much of the good meaty and veggie stuff. Watch out not to burn your tongue. Item seems to come out longer than expected, not a complaint more of an observation.

Isaac and Kyle truly set a new standard for service.

Isaac was incredibly welcoming right from the start—friendly, knowledgeable, and full of enthusiasm for the menu. He took the time to walk us through different broth and noodle options, making recommendations that genuinely enhanced our meal. His attention to detail and upbeat attitude made us feel like valued guests. He treated my elderly dad with such great respect.

Kyle brought a great energy and a calm confidence, even during the restaurant’s busiest moments. He was always on the move, checking in at just the right times, making sure we had everything we needed, and quickly providing anything we requested—without ever feeling rushed. His cheerful attitude and professionalism made a big difference.

Both Isaac and Kyle worked together seamlessly, elevating our dining experience with their genuine hospitality. Their teamwork, positivity, and dedication made the meal memorable. Thanks to these two, Le Shrimp Noodle Bar stands out—not just for its fantastic food, but also for its exceptional service. Five stars all the way!

This shrimp ramen noodle soup is awesome!!! It is way more underrated than it should be. The soup is really tasty creamy deep shrimp flavor that I loooooooved. I recommend this restaurant for all seafood gourmet!

I ordered the Signature Trio Shrimp Broth Noodle, which was highly recommended.
You can choose between thick or thin noodles.
I chose the thick noodles.

ian the manager of this establishment came over and personally helped me out with the menu when i was struggling to figure out what i wanted. his suggestions and amazing customer service made my time at le shrimp very enjoyable. on top of that the food given to me tasted really good too. there prawn and chicken won tons were my favorite.

I was staying nearby on a work trip, and stopped here one night for a quick after-office bite. The A1 Signature Trio Shrimp Noodle was everything I hoped it would be: brimming with collagen and umami, and studded with shrimp essence. All three types of shrimp were perfectly cooked, and the noodles were deliciously al dente. While I still prefer meat-based broths, I definitely wouldn't turn down a bowl of this in the future. Especially when work is paying for it.

The shrimp broth tastes really fresh and flavorful. It’s advertised as an umami bomb and they really delivered! I would give a solid 5 if they got the ramen texture right. The noodle is too soft. Adding some chewiness would make it perfect.
