We were greeted so kindly, we were babble To choose our seat in preference with a great view of the theater. The cocktails and food were lovely. Our server River was excellent. Best personality and so helpful. We would highly recommend dinner before your show. We will come again. Shannon

For a pre-show meal, it was totally fine. Menu was interesting enough and execution was good. Maybe giving it half a star bump because of location and convenience, but still, nothing major to complain about.

Convenient, good food, and ability to have a conversation prior to attending events at Segerstrom Center for the Arts

A loud talker was at a table next to us. He went on and on about a sewer problem going step by step of the solution. His voice carried to several tables. We ask our waiter if he could ask him to lower his voice. He didn't think that was appropriate for him to do. Also the menu continues to shrink. Cod shouldn't be a $48 entry it should be a fish and chips order for $18-22.

Menu have changed, poor choice and restaurant doesn't have half of dishes. We ordered duck, they didn't have duck from menu and proposed duck cooked differently. Final price in bill was +40%. Cheap method to push you pay more. Very disappointed.

The service used to be quick and got us in and out in a timely manner. The service we experienced was not great and I had to call the waiter over to take our orders. He did not attend to us in a timely manner during the meal and we had to cancel our order for coffee because we could not make it to the theater in time. We have not had this experience before and we didn't know if it was because it was a Thursday evening or they are not staffing up enough.

Never a bad experience here. The team is always so nice and welcoming. We've had Michael wait on us at least for the past two visits now. He is so thoughtful and helpful with his recommendations. The food is always amazing and so are the drinks. Highly recommend Leatherby's, even if you're not attending a show. They never disappoint.

Not just no service. Complete lack of service. Would avoid at all costs. Many more service oriented with excellent food in the area. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother to book

We ordered the special Shuched dinner for $68. It included a delicious appetizer with mushrooms and polenta, a yummy petite filet and an okay dessert.

Such a treat to be able to have a early dinner before the performance. The hostess, waiter Kitchen staff and the manager make us feel so welcome, plus the food is prepared perfect. Thank you

So… great space. Small but not too intimate.
Food is solid. Classic. Tasty. Even elegant. Lost a star for timing.
Two major events at adjoining venues. Didn’t seem to plan for being so busy.
Service…. Where do I start. Above all. Trevor - bar tender extraordinaire. He was fast. Delivered. Kept tabs at the bat while the aforementioned poor planning, kept him sooooooo busy.
But still. Personable. Delivered. Engaged. And was running like a pure athlete.
If you attend a meal here. Trevor at the bar is your guy!!!

Diner before a night of theater at Segerstrom Center. We were seated quickly and had a great table with a view of the restaurant as well as through the large windows that surround Leatherby's. Our server was super attentive without hovering. We were given plenty of time to enjoy a pre dinner drink while we reviewed the menu and chose a couple of appetizers (small plates), delicious! Our dinner of lamb for myself and halibut for my amazing wife was cooked perfectly and the plating was attractive and pleasing to the eyes. As the restaurant filled I realized that the noise level wasn't overwhelming, my wife and I could easily carry a conversation without competing with everyone around us. A pumpkin cheesecake was on the dessert menu but we were beaten to the last serving and substitute of a delicious pumpkin pie along with chocolate mousse cake completed our meal. Thank you Leatherby's to a wonderful first time experience. We will return again.
