Our first time at Leatherby's before Lion King. We thought enjoyed dinner. I had the apple goat cheese salad for my started, unusual & very tasty. For my entree I had branzino, delicious. My friend had the Bay Scallops which she loved. She also had the key lime tart for dessert. The service was excellent & the environment is nicely attired. We will return.

Wonderful visit. The food was delicious. I ordered the scallops and the apple salad. Very tasty. The atmosphere is very nice. Spacious dining area with lovely table settings. The waiter was excellent, attentive and friendly. Definitely a nice place to have dinner before seeing a show at the theater.

The food and service were great. A bit pricey, but reasonable given the quality. My only issue was that I didn't check the bill when it was delivered, only after I left. I had ordered their fix prix meal, which included a key lime pie as dessert. They charged me for the full fixed prices, and added another $13 for the pie. Now $13 isn't going to change any aspect of my life, but it came across as disingenuous on their part.

We had such a wonderful dinner before seeing lion king... Started with the wedge salad...always fresh and delicious. Then tried the Filet Steak Tartar... it was really yummy. Then the Osso Buco... sooooo good!!! A great meal with great service by George!!! Thank you

The inside has unique lighting, dimmer, intimate and very quiet.Limited menu for food and wine.The service is impeccable and as such, combined with locale and ambiance it earns four stars. The filet (see picture) was a decent size, cooked perfectly but lacked seasoning and minimal of the advertised peppercorn flavor. Food wasn’t better than three stars. For one, wine and a steak came to $60ish.It was enjoyable but I’ll go elsewhere the next time I’m here for a play.Parking: I prefer to Uber; less hassle.

Excellent service and ambience. Mushroom soup and chocolate mouse dessert were excellent. Bay scallops entree would be better with more scallops and fluffier gnocchi. Gnocchi were leaden.

The staff is just wonderful and very attentive, they took great care of me and made my dining experience so enjoyable. the food was exquisite, not your cookie cutter chain. The noise level was not so encroaching and distracting that you couldn't focus on the meal. I can't say enough about this establishment. If you are going to see a show, this is the place to enjoy a wonderful meal beforehand and it is within walking distance of all the venues.
Surprising tiny portions (steak frite with very few fries) and over sauced scallops. For the premium pricing the attention to diners was minimal. We had been once before and both the food and the service was much much better. Disappointing return experience.

The lamb cassoulet dish is outstanding - well conceived and expertly executed. The presentation is modern yet the flavors are quintessentially classic French. The food overall reminds me of the old Patina days....

I love coming to Leatherby's before any performance in the Arts Plaza. The food is delicious. The service in the past has not been consistent, but last night it was great. I'm really glad to see that it has improved!

Food was excellent but service was spotty. One person in our party ordered two appetizers and no entree. We specifically asked for both to be served at the same time. Did not happen. We had to flag down our server to finally have her soup served. We had finished our food by the time her soup finally arrived and was too hot for her to eat it right away. Our server George blamed it on a miscommunication. Still think it was his responsibility.
