hair in food , ordered at 9 suppose to be ready around 9:28-9:30, & 9:50 still wasn’t done. Says it came out fresh still looked raw came home to put it in my OVEN , would’ve just gotten a store pizza instead . Literally raw pieces , thin , messy , more sauce than the actual dough .. I order the same thing all the time , this my first time ever with this experience .

Extremely Disappointed – False Advertising and Poor Quality
I ordered the Stuffed Crust Pretzel Pizza from Little Caesars, excited to try something different – but what I got was just a plain stuffed crust pizza with zero pretzel crust. Not even close to what was advertised. No explanation, no heads-up, just wrong.
Absolutely horrible and disappointing. If you can’t fulfill the order properly, don’t offer it. This isn’t the first time quality control has been an issue, but it might be the last time I bother ordering from here.

Very nice customer service but my pizzas looked horrible,I’m sorry I don’t like complaining but even the cheese was not melted on one of the pizzas, toppings only in the middle and barely any.

The young man with the glasses who works the Thursday evenings was polite and courteous. But whoever the Chicanos in the back were are extremely unprofessional and made my experience uncomfortable.
I went in about 10 minutes before closing. As I'm paying and asking about their stuffed cheese crust, I hear obnoxious mocking comments being slurred from the back workers about me coming in late to buy. I heard indirect innuendos from them saying "closing! Closing! We're closed!" And "are you going to share??"
How ridiculous. I hope the Manager let's them know there is no reason to be acting like that.

Young lady upfront today did a horrible job at 2:10 pm walked in and 2:40 PM to gave my order to someone else I ended up having to wait 30 minutes for a pizza and my bread. My kid was crying in the car and she gave several orders to other people she should not be working there. I asked if I could get something complementary and she said no can’t.
