My family loves Maggianos... we had a surprise family member join us... so things were a little confusing... but reception handled everything perfectly! Especially the young man who was working Sunday evening!! I'm so sorry I don't recall his name... but he was AWESOME!!

The service was not up to par, asked for hot water and they bought iced water. Asked for pasta on the side and it came in the dish, asked for dessert to go and they brought it to the table. The men's bathroom situation was very inconvenient and ridiculous.

Everything was overall good. But the presentations of the meals were a little lack luster. And the “Grand chicken Parmesan” was a little lack luster in flavor and didn't seem fresh today. Usually it's great but food missed the mark a little bit for the main courses.

My friend and I came after seeing the musical, Some Like It Hot. All staff asked about how are day was going and if we were celebrating anything. Since both of us are October babies, we told them. The waiter was fantastic and continued to ask how everything was tasting and if we needed anything. Even the manager stopped by to ask. Even though some of the menu had changed, it was still a marvelous dining event for us. We thoroughly enjoyed everything.

The restaurant is going through a remodel and we felt we were in a construction zone! All artwork off walls and big bare unpainted sections of wall. We should have been warmed when we booked for a birthday lunch! It's a big restaurant. You think they could have kept one area nice while working on others. Quite disappointing.

Went for dinner and food arrived a little late. Food was good but the server asked us if we need to go boxes while we were still eating. So I felt rushed. The biggest disappointment is that they took out the butter cake which was the best dessert they had.

We went to Maggianos last night for our granddaughter‘s 24th birthday celebration. As always, the food and service were outstanding! We’ve been coming to Maggianos for over 20 years and it has consistently remained an absolutely amazing experience.
