Our server Tom was excellent. Tom was very attentive and knowledgeable. We were celebrating a birthday and both don't eat much, but the portion sizes were perfect. Too bad we didn't stay for the birthday cake because I had a really bad toothache that was exacerbated by the alcohol. Thank you Tom!
The vibe was energetic great customer service, servers were great very attention to detail, food was amazing that steak yes, vegetables & mash potatoes yummy, hot dish once food is set on, it begins to sizzle every thing stays hot and juicy, good overall
Mastros keeps it consistent and in an industry packed full of talented players, Mastros stays at the top of their game.
i dropped off my disabled samoan son that has a walker. explained need three minutes to unload him but he cant walk far due to being a fall risk. a young guy nope u need to go park since no more handicapped. ok circled around again maybe five minutes later. luckily supervisor overheard as i flashed my blue card and he had me park close to door which we appreciated
SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE IRVINE LOCATION!!!! Service was great, food was great, drinks were great. Only knock was the performer at the piano let a guest sing. It went as bad as you can imagine. And it went a couple of songs.
Great food, great service. My only hang-up is it's a little too dark inside but overall 10 out of 10
Service and food was excellent. Exceptional attention to detail. We dined on our anniversary, it was nice of them to serve us with what I thought was a massive slice of chocolate cake! Enjoyed dinner immensely!
Everything about Mastro's was superb the dinner the service the ambience it was a feel good evening
My husband and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. The food was wonderful and the service was outstanding.❤️
Delicious, as always. Solid service. Bus boy was a bit aggressive and tone deaf. Every time my dinner companion started telling a story he would choose the moment to clear the table - minor issues. Server was super tuned in to our need to eat light and dash so we made the curtain at the concert hall. Lime sushi roll was heaven sent! It was a bit loud - Sat night live music and our table was super dark - we had Tonia's our phones to see the menu - but good food!!

Smoking Cosmo at the bAr - FAB, beautiful booth for dinner within the inner sanctum of the restaurant - quiet & gorgeous. Food supurb, service supurb. A+ all the way around.
First time visiting the Costa Mesa location, inside seating area at the front was very basic, did not feel upscale at all. Service was good but server was stretched too thin. Our 3 person meal took 3 hours. Drinks were very slow, items arrived missing accompanied sides which again took too long. Overall staff were very friendly but we felt understaffed which resulted in a less then ideal atmosphere. Food was great as usual, drinks were great and strong. Would have preferred more oyster options, still a solid evening but had room for improvement.
Our steak was overcooked and we had to send it back. We were glad it was comped, but the second steak's taste was still lacking. Service was excellent but very slow. We were expecting to be done with dinner in 1.5 hours. We didn't get to leave until 3 hours later. There was way too much waiting in between courses
Mastro's quality has significantly declined. The scallops were rubbery. Service was good but food was disappointing. Definitely not worth the price!! Will not be going back
The food was ok, but for the price I did expect better. The bone in filet was perfectly cooked but lacked seasoning same with the Chilean seabass. The drinks were great and service was amazing!
