Went to a business celebration. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, the noise was so loud we were unable to keep up a conversation as the live singer was so loud in the dining room and unable to be turned down. The food and service were exceptional though.

The lighting in the restaurant was a bit pretentious! Too dark to see and read the small letters on the menu. While the shrimp cocktail was vey good the horseradish was superb, the price was way out of order. Steaks and side dishes were excellent. Surprised to see the restaurant sparsely populated on a Friday evening. Value could be the problem

The manager, Michael, and our incredible server, really made our night special. My mom and I took my niece out for her 30th birthday, and her mom (my sister) is currently fighting brain cancer and couldn't be there with us. They made my niece feel so special and cared for, and we couldn't have asked for a better night. I can't thank them enough. ❤️🙏🏼

The young lady that seated my party was very rude, and made a snarky and snide remark over requesting different seating. It set the tone for the evening. Aside from that, everything was amazing.

Everything was wonderful! The French onion soup was so flavorful and full of delicious onions with just the right amount of cheese. Steaks were tender and perfectly cooked as was the salmon. We had 5 sides and all were piping hot and delicious. Garlic mashed potatoes, scalloped potatoes, Brussel sprouts, creamed spinach and corn. We had way too much food. 2- 3 sides would easily serve 4 of us. Service was amazing. Very attentive but not invasive. Definitely a do again!

Our waiter was not attentive and hard to find unlike other times I have been there. My wagyu Tomahawk was a little more fatty than I would have liked. Overall the experience was not great at all, especially after spending $560.

I've been dining at Maestros for years ... NYC, Beverly Hills, Crystal Cove. I'm sorry to say the Costa Mesa location is really bad. The worst service I've every received beginning with the stone face hostess (not even a welcome to Maestros) to the inattentive waiter who never checked back to ask if we'd like another drink (we did) Obviously it's a leadership issue and it's apparent the Costa Mesa location needs coaching in hospitality ... the only good thing is the food is very good!

Excellent all around. Definitely one of the best petite filet!!  delicious French onion soup and that lobster roll is yum yum yum!  Enjoyed two sides, cream spinach and cream corn, which are both good ( especially the cream 🌽), but I'm not gonna lie....nobody has topped Ruth's Chris cream spinach...hands-down remains the best.  Mastros is consistently top-notch have not been disappointed 🤗

If you're looking for a quality meal, or just a beautiful night out with a loved one, family or friends, you cannot miss out on Mastro's Steakhouse. This is the ultimate experience of quality dining in Orange county. It it is definitely an experience you wouldn't want to miss out on. Typically I'm someone who would order a steak and their steaks are amazing here. However, tonight I tried the salmon and I must say it literally melted from the fork all the way to the pallet. The mashed potatoes and tempura asparagus, the freshness and the quality of the food was impeccable. If you really want to have a fine dining experiene and support a local business you really don't want to miss out on this beautiful opportunity located so close to home and the freeway. There wine list is incredible and I must say I truly enjoyed the experience from the beginning all the way to the final dessert which was so rich I could not even finish it. However, I will be finishing it later tomorrow.

Dinner before the Ballet was perfect. Baked potato, green salad and a perfectly cooked filet mignon. With a beautiful glass of Austin Hope, you couldn't ask for a more delicious meal. Our server, Anthony makes sure everything is served and on time. He's our favorite ... and I can practice my French language skills. Lovely!!
