I got their Matcha Soft Serve and it was creamy. The matcha flavor is not that strong though. It was more milky. I prefer strong matcha flavors but that's just a personal preference. This is located inside Mitsuwa food court area so it was really stuffy and hot. I think that's why my ice cream melted so fast which is kind of unfortunate. It was melting even before I grabbed it from the worker.
I'm so sad this place is closing. I always come here for dessert while at mitsuwa. Since they are known for the ice cream my go to is definitely the ice cream and Shakes. It's the only place that makes the best Hojicha Ice Cream. I'll miss it dearly! I hope they come back!

I hope they re-open in another location or come back sometime in the future. This is hand down my favorite black sesame soft serve ice cream! My wife absolutely loves the soft serve matcha ice cream as well. It was a good run and I wish all the best to the future endeavors of Matcha Love!
