I placed a curbside pickup order directly through the McDonald’s app and included condiments. When my food was brought out, I was told they couldn’t provide the amount I requested because there’s a charge for it in-store—even though I wasn’t charged for it in the app. If there’s going to be an extra charge, it should be built into the app during checkout, not brought up when the food is already being delivered to my car. It’s inconvenient to be told I have to go inside to pay separately, which defeats the purpose of curbside pickup. Also, what happens if I had placed a delivery order instead—would the condiments just be left out? There’s clearly a disconnect between what’s charged in the app and what’s enforced in-store, and it needs to be addressed for a better customer experience.

I gave a $20 bill and ordered a McDouble and a McChicken but was shortchanged, receiving only about $8 in change.

They make everyone pull forward and wait for their orders, no matter how simple or small rhe order is, even without anyone behind in drive through.
I ordered three meals they give me only one sauce I asked for more sauce they said they charge $0.50 for extra ketchup. Don't come to this location go to a different location.

Absolutely horrible, not only is the price INSANE & the most expensive fast food in the area. But riddled with horrible quality, how can you expect to give someone 2 combos for $30 dollars for it to be SOAKING the cardboard box & bag with grease after telling me to pull forward after served everyone else infront of me & no one else having pulled up behind? To rush my order like that & for a second even remotely think it’s acceptable to pass that off is the worst food standard I’ve seen in recent times. Absolutely lowest tier possible

Got there at 10:26am per my phone! and the guy said we are doing lunch now and no more breakfast ? Says until 10:30 I know it's close but come on... Can't rate the food because I never got any and the manager needs to learn the food service hospitality part kinda of a rude little man
