This McDonald’s is a complete failure of basic operations I only chose 2 go here 4 being near my job,so I assumed grabbing breakfast here would B convenient
that was a huge mistake.
Twice now my orders have been canceled after payment went through once because they “no longer carry” bagels, and another time because they supposedly ran out of steak breakfast items plus no more buffalo sauce.
The manager is shockingly unprofessional and clearly unqualified 2 run a restaurant.
Orders R constantly canceled because they “run out” items during breakfast hours.
Poor inventory management and zero regard 4 customers time make this location completely unreliable.
I’m now forced 2 drive 2 another McDonald’s, leaving my food cold by the time I get 2 work all because this store can’t manage basic operations.
There is no accountability, no effort 2 resolve issues, just excuses and attitude. This location gives the brand a bad name and feels more like a disorganized mess than a functioning business.
This McDonald's demonstrates such consistent operational failure and managerial incompetence that it should not B offering online ordering at all, as it repeatedly takes customers’ money without the ability or apparent willingness 2 fulfill orders.
This location’s repeated inability 2 fulfill paid online orders reflects serious deficiencies in inventory control and management oversight, raising legitimate concerns about its operational standards and suitability 4 offering digital ordering services.
Avoid this place unless Ur ok w/ wasted money, wasted time, and zero customer service.

We visited this location to order the Grinch meals! So fun! The meal came with Grinch socks! We had great food and great service, Cynthia in the drive-through was kind and friendly, she should be recognized as a superstar employee!

Ordered breakfast on the app before cut off time, I was charged, arrived less than 30mins later to pick up my order, but it was slightly after the 10:30 cut off time. We were told “we got rid of your order because you weren’t here on time”. What is the point of ordering ahead then… I already paid you and had my order submitted, just make my food when I order it and give it to me, your job isn’t that hard. Not to mention, there is not one thing on their or website that states you have to PICK UP before cut off time. Such a waste of time and poor customer service.

I stopped by for breakfast this morning and was really impressed with the service I received from Cynthia. She greeted me with a warm smile, took my order quickly, and made sure everything came out just right. Even though it was a busy breakfast rush, she stayed calm, friendly, and attentive. It really made my visit start on a positive note. Great customer service like hers deserves to be recognized—thank you Cynthia for making my morning better!
