I stop here every morning on my way to work to grab a tea this morning. There was a hair in my hot water. This is the second time I had this incident happen. The manager. Miriam looked at me as if I was lying. She didn’t even wanna look to see if there was a hair in there. She just kept saying oh there wasn’t anything in there. I’m not gonna drive over to McDonald’s on my lunch hour to get hot water. If there wasn’t a hair in there that’s Unsanitary She was very rude. I think I’ll pass on McDonald’s for now on.

Ignored while I watched my tag get ignored , this lead today needs to go why would they make my bag after 20mins and walks away . All the other locations are very helpful and never walk away after six people wait get their food mines made and they walk away. Had to grab staff to give me my bag since I saw it made and she walked away , everyone ignored me 20mins
