Stopped for some coffee and made the mistake of ordering a Bagel sandwich with egg/cheese. What I got was a grease soaked thing, not resembling a bagel, with warm, MAYONNAISE, greasy cheese and sausage patty, and pre-made egg. It was so disgusting, I pulled over and spit out a mouthful and threw the sandwich out. The worse thing I've ever tasted! But, good reminder that McDonalds is absolute last resort as a food choice.

The uber eats driver experience is so distracting and disturbing, when u order Uber eats there is no oversight they blast the driver with distractions beyond what the DMV can help with ... Oh then we need the picture of the driver 11pm in the dark. But oh we clearly just need all mess in a simple delivery .... Nobod sees the mess these drivers are abused with just to get a meal to u . Ask your driver !!!!

So my kids love McDonalds. What kid doesn't?! For me when they want McDonalds I try to find the cleanest, nicest location since those are the ones that normally serve the best food. It's always a bonus for the ones that have quick drive throughs too. This location in Costa Mesa off of Harbor Blvd just south of the 405fwy meets all of that criteria. Our food was good quality and they got our order correct. It was a clean, nice location so I didn't have to worry about low quality food. Also, the drive through was fast and efficient. McDonalds is always a solid choice to please my kids and this is the best location in this part of Costa Mesa/Fountain Valley. As far as McDonalds go, this is a 5 out of 5!

Very clean, quick & friendly service. Not crowded at all at least inside where I ate. Kinda surprising since it was at 8am but still, I had a quiet spot & left alone to focus on my work.I wish the specials they post on outside windows could also be reflected inside sometimes you kinda forget. I guess one could ask at the counter.Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy access from either sides it seem since outside looked remodeled.

With no one in line I waited 5 minutes at the register, 3 workers just looked at me like as if I'm bothering them at work. No greeting, no thank you, no customer service at all. It's bad enough already that I don't like McDonald's, only came for my family.

Hit this McDonalds before heading out to San Diego early in the morning last weekend. There was a small line ahead of us, but it went quick. We ordered two sausage egg McMuffins, two orange juices, four hash browns and a McGriddle breakfast sandwich with chicken. I ordered the chicken on the side though. My hash browns and McGriddle sandwich were good. I didn't eat the chicken on the McGriddle. I gave that to my boyfriend to eat. The hash browns were good, but slightly soggy in the middle. They needed to be fried longer I think. The middle was like raw potato. The McGriddle was fresh, sweet and tasty! The orange juices were super fresh and hit the spot.

I wish I knew the workers’ names but i always have the same few workers, all of which are always super friendly. I never really expect much from a mcdonald’s but all of the drive thru workers are super friendly and always have that smile. It makes me not want to go to any of the other mcdonald’s around other than here!
