The Hispanic manager lady at this location did not deliver the food to us and although I had already placed a mobile order and paid, she refused to provide food for me or provide a refund.

I've come here pretty often for the month of October due to the Monopoly promotion and the free codes, as it's the closest McDonalds to me. Every single time I have been here for dine-in, the wait is abysmal. If I order too far ahead, the staff will take the pick-up order OFF the shelf and put it back in the back. If I want sauce or ketchup or they mess up my order (which happened pretty frequently), it'd take at least 5 to 10 minutes to get ahold of someone, even though the ketchup bin is just out of reach. The staff don't have the best attitude either, when they come out to deliver a pick-up order, they never stick around for a bit to see what the people standing around at the counter are waiting for.
The food's okay here, pretty standard McDonald's, but the service quality and speed is honestly very frustrating so I'm docking them a lot of points for that. Go to the 290 Bristol location instead!!

I had a frustrating experience with this location. I placed an order through the app for in-store pickup, and the app confirmed it was ready. When I arrived, the staff said they never received my order. Even showing the app confirmation didn’t help. The employees were confused and unhelpful, and the issue was not resolved. Very disappointing online ordering and customer service experience.

This McDonald's has the BEST customer service i have seen in a long time they are nice friendly helpful and the guy at the drive thru in the mornings is helpful curious explains things and is always patient and pleasant so far been there a handful of times and it has restored my faith in McDonald's being able to provide great customer service it should be a training location and they all deserve a pay increase

I had a really great experience at this McDonald's location! I was happy to be able to use the electronic kiosk to order my food and customize each part without having to talk to anyone. Shortly after sitting down, a worker named Angel brought my food to my table on a tray and offered me ketchup packets out of his apron. Never in my life have I received table service at a McDonald's!!! My weirdly specific order was completely accurate as well, which I'm grateful for. One star down for cold, bland fries but other than that, I'm thrilled. Thank you for the good meal! :)

This McDonald’s is one of the worst—no, the worst—I have ever visited. The place is filthy, even disgusting. We didn’t even dare touch the tables, they were so dirty and sticky. The restrooms… an absolute disgrace. And the staff was extremely rude.

In short, this place isn’t just one to avoid—it’s one to run away from, unless you’re looking to catch something.

The Quantity of the McFlurry was half-full in the cup. The evening shift Manager on Monday 7/7/25 6:30 pm - she said that is how they do it here. Bad Service

I wish I could give service a 0 star we waited for 30 minutes for our order and there was no one inside besides us. Incredibly small portions. By the time we left it looked like a zoo. Don’t bother asking for help. Go through the drive thru instead. I’m sure that’s much quicker. It’s extra for any sauce. The water was “out of stock”. No dining area and they suggest 30 min dine in time max. It’s a joke when it takes 45 mins to get your meal. Go to another location
