One star is for the food. The manager’s attitude was so bad . We are waiting for refill our drink. But nobody ask if you need any help. I anderstand you are busy. But you can explain to your customers how long we need wait. Not just ignore them . When we ask when we can get our drink refilled, they are so impatient!!!!!!!!!and finally drop our drink on the table!And I ask who is the manager, the girl answered: “ I am the manager!” And turned away. This is the manager’s attitude to customers!!!!! No wander the table is empty at a dinner time. Horrible service!!! The worst place I ever been!

Good branch! Fast serving time and their staff love their job, smiles genuinely and treat you with respect. Also their fries every time I order, I always get newly cooked which is nice. One of my favorite Mcdonalds

This is long over due since I moved down the street over a year ago. There hasn't been a time I haven't gotten fresh fries with my order without asking. Especially after 7 to close they have the best fries. I always order through the mobile app and they have never messed up my order. Today I placed a breakfast meal order and when I got there I asked to place another order and bother order's were ready to go by the time I got to the first window. Also their staff has been friendly. Mistakes happen and in all my orders I can say one mcchicken order they forgot the mayo, I think that's pretty great. Also dined inside once and it was clean and quick. Fries below, ate some in the car, but fresh, crispy and salty at 8:40pm. Wanted to give them props since they have such a low score.

Worst McDonald's in my life. Always get the orders wrong. I ordered hamburger for myself and my child hamburger happy meal with extra fries. Nothing but just hamburger happy meal with no extra fries and the extra burger. What kind of staff are they running? Terrible.

I'm here at 10:40, they don't close until 11:00, but they close early like every place on california, that's seems to be how they do business here.
Stopped by this McDonald's on the way home, ordered a McChicken sandwich, fries and a small Coke (told them light ice) to go. When I got home, took a bite of the McChicken sandwich and found out they forgot to put in the chicken! (see photo) Been a McDonald's customer since I was young, and this was the 1st time something like this has happened. Also, my request for a Coke with light ice was ignored because the cup turned out to be 3/4 full of ice. Scary to think fast food workers in CA will soon be making $25 per hour when they can't seem to handle simple tasks like making a sandwich, or listening to customer's requests. Never coming back to this McDonald's again.

Everytime I come here I get horrible service and wrong order take it's sad this is the closest one to me and now I refuse to go there on just how bad the service is. The workers clearly don't like working there and yet they continue to stay. This location needs to be fixed.
