The tortilla soup was good, service was slow but kind.
Then I ordered the Carnitas brisket to take home.
What a disappointment !! 🥺when I open the box at home, Carnitas were literally burned, dry, totally overcooked, I couldn't eat it,
and not enough rice, not worth the price and the wait.
I don't think I will go back or do take off in the future.

After driving around we found this great Mexican restaurant in Newport Beach. We had the 3 item combos. It was delicious. The portions were huge. Big bowl of chips and lots of salsa. Our waitress was very nice. Prices are reasonable. The cozy interior had Christmas decorations up. My relatives visiting from Vancouver were stuffed. This is a hidden gem!
