The restaurant was clean but the food was a disappointment. The menu price to actual is so off and there’s no mention as to why and when asked why, they said because of the meat.
I ordered a plate, which is rice, beans and the meat so why wouldn’t it say the actual price? A plastic box of rice and beans is $12?
I got the carne asada and it was moist and mushy with little to no flavor. I don’t know where they got “home style Mexican food” from but it’s no way near what they were trying to replicate.
The cashier was nice and the food came out quick so I gave a two star because of that only.
My advice, if you want actual Mexican food, go somewhere else.

Used to be a really nice place to get some food. Now it’s being run terribly.
Went to get some food today for my family and the lady ordering basically forced me to get a drink with my meal. They did not give me my receipt despite asking for it, did not give me any salsa, and they messed up my order. Strangest part of it was when they decided to tell me my debit card looked “cheap”.
Oh, and the two tacos and two burritos we ordered cost nearly $50.

The reason I am giving it 2 stars is not because of a bad service, actually the service person was courteous. But I don't like to be taken for a ride.
I ordered a burrito, The wall menu listed it for $9, but when they rang me up, I was charged $13. When I asked why it is $4 more, I have been told, it's because of the type of meat I chose. There was no indication of that on the menu, or I have been told or make any sense for the meat to be $4 more. The meat was supposed to be included anyway. I would have gladly paid whatever the price of the burrito was, if that was what the menu reflected.

Quesadilla wasn’t my favorite, but the enchiladas were good. The star of the show was the beans and rice—excellent!
