I had a very disappointing experience here. I waited 25 minutes for a simple grilled cheese sandwich, even though the restaurant was not busy and there seemed to be plenty of staff working.
After all that time, I was told they would refund me for the grilled cheese, but that never happened. As I was leaving, they finally handed me the sandwich, and it was terrible—poorly made and not worth the wait.
In the end, I basically got no refund and no real lunch. With how slow the service was and how little they seemed to care about making it right, I can’t recommend this place.

Speedy service always, very welcoming staff always greeted with a smile. Not to mention the flavor of the espresso is amazing here, along with the sandwiches. Always happy to drop in :)

Milligram is always a vibe! The setting is beautiful, the staff really works hard to keep everyone happy. Weekends can get pretty busy, but I’ve never really waited more than 15 minutes for a table. Sit on the patio for a relaxing vibe and good people watching. On the weekends there’s live music and now with Christmas, it’s beautifully decorated. All the food is really delicious, and they have amazing lattes! Highly recommend!

A wonderful evening of fun, food, and wine. Also had some amazing deals on many exceptional wines. I hope they keep doing these wine tasting events!

Why is a tip entered for me on the screen by the front desk person - happens with some, not all? Isnt that supposed to be of the customer choosing?
