First time having a MOCHI DONUT. Flippin’ awesome, and couldn’t recommend them enough if you’re a pastry lover.

What horrid service. I asked if they had any pastries without anything on top, she rudely and coldly said no. Then, that same cashier got my son's order wrong. When I pointed this out after opening the box (still right there by the counter), she refused to acknowledge her error and replace the wrong item. When I insisted, she still refused then told me to get therapy. LOL. If my kids weren't with me, I would have given her a piece of my mind. Needless to say, we shall not return to this place.

Service was below average the lady wasn't very helpful this is our first time trying these types of donuts and she wasn't trying to offer suggestions she didn't even answer a simple question and was just looking at us but the donuts are delicious besides the salty caramel tasted bitter and was stale

The corn dog that I bought was completely undercooked, as in when I took my first bite I got a mouth full of dough. The boba there was pretty good, a little too sweet but I wish the proportions were larger. Good service atmosphere was ok considering I had to move out of the way for crossing customers.

Delicious donuts from Mochinut! We ordered the chocolate, peach and cinnamon and loved it. $9 for 3. Friendly service and line moves quick. Recommend!

Today, I and my two children went to this place to buy boba, there was an Asian lady who was very rude, angry and really ruined the first day of the year for us.
We asked Boba, he made one exactly the same, and the other one was wrong, and when we said that it was wrong, he said no, it can't be changed. And I protested that you have no right to take it away. I paid for it. Finally, another customer told the lady to give it to me and make another one for them, so she accepted the case.

This was the second time this happened to us here and I will not go to this place again and I do not recommend others to go to a very rude and racist place.

Please please don’t waste your money and time and don’t go to this place.
They are so so super racist.

We have waited so long for Mochinut to arrive here in omaha. We have driven to Chicago to get it several times, so having it close to home is so nice. The bubble donuts are delicious and unique. Many different flavors and the texture is delightful. The other hit is the Korean Corndogs. They have different toppings, but we keep it original. Definitely a fun place to go!
