I came early around 5:15pm for a weekend dinner. There is more parking than i expected behind the building. The waiters were attentive in refilling my water and checked in to see if i was doing ok. Otherwise, the food (vegan mazemen) was filling and they provide some rice to top off with the sauce. I would definitely come here again.

I love this place! My favorites are the curry mazemen, LA style takoyaki, and mogu chicken. It's perfect to go and always delicious. The price is very reasonable as well. It's in a plaza with other businesses, and the parking lot isn't huge, but I've never had trouble getting a spot. The staff aren't the friendliest when I pick up my order, but it's a short interaction. This is one of my go-to places for easy, delicious takeout.

Not sure if we went at a bad time but this was the worst ramen/mazemen I've ever had. I don't think anything was fresh except for the eggs. The noodles were undercooked and wasn't mixed properly which made it so they were stuck together. Didn't take picture but here was the green onion - looks like it's been left out overnight

We've been here several times and their dry ramen doesn't disappoint! We got the Vegan Tokyo Mazemen and all of the flavors just instantly melt into your mouth. The presentation is fantastic, service is professional, and environment is great. We also tried the mogu chucken and edamame and that didn't disappoint. Overall, one of the best dry ramens we've eaten, so highly recommend!

If you love thick noodles, this is it! The noodles are thick and chewy. They have lots of mazemen choices on the menu with different spices and meat options. All of the mazemen are spicy, except for the Kyoto mazemen. For someone who can't eat spicy food, the spiciness is not too much and you might be able to handle it as long as you don't add more chili (which you can order on the side for those who love spicy food). One unique thing I found was that you also get 2-3 spoons of rice on the side which you can mix to soak the leftover sauce after you finished the noodles.

Nothing negative to say about this joint. If you live in the area and like noodles—this is an absolute must. I’d never tried mazemen before this, but I am hooked now. Wait times can be a bit long at this location, but well worth it.

It's a small place, about 8 tables inside and a couple of seats out front. The main draw is the Japanese dry noodle bowls and appetizers (tapas). Very well seasoned and the handful of steamed rice at the end is a very well planned idea for soaking up the delicious gravy

We just keep coming back to this restaurant. Their soupless reman was so good and flavorful. You can mix it with their homemade umami vinegar or sesame in the bowl or just eat it by itself. There is instruction for you to learn how to enjoy the reman. The mogu chicken is the my favorite also. I just noticed there are 2 other locations.
