The mazemen is really good, especially the Saitama one and for any of the mazemen it’s so cute that they give you a small scoop of rice after you finish your noodles to finish up the leftover sauce in the bowl. The shop runs on the smaller side, but still has decent amount of seating, including outdoor seating.

Mogumogu has some of the best mazemens in OC. I always go with their curry mazemen. Add a side of spicy chili oil and vinegar. My goodness. 10/10

Extremely good ramen. I got the spicy one with a seaweed salad and was amazed at how good it was. I think it may be the best I've had. Friend of mine was raving abt it and I totally get why.

I find my experience here at Mogo Mogo to be quite sub-par. The two things I had from the menu were the deluxe mazemen and the mogu chicken.

Deluxe Mazemen: I must say the texture of the noodles is outstanding. They were chewy and soft, probably the best thing about this dish. However, once mixed, the whole dish becomes overly salty. Although there is a spicy minced pork mixture, I could not taste it at all. I think the fish umami they put in the dish and the seaweed flakes completely overtake the flavor of the other ingredients. To sum up, it was salty with a strong seafood-y aroma that I didn’t expect.

Mogu Chicken: I love this dish. It tastes exactly like Korean yangnyeom-style fried chicken. It comes with a spicy mayo aioli dipping sauce that complements the chicken well.

Overall, the food is decent but nothing to write home about.

This charming little shop completely satisfied our mazemen craving! We were pleasantly surprised when an employee opened the door to welcome us in and asked whether we’d prefer to wait or be seated at the bar.
The service was exceptional from start to finish. They gave us plenty of time to browse the menu and checked in on us regularly without being pushy. Waters arrived immediately after we were seated, and our food came out within just a few minutes of ordering.
We tried both the cheese mazemen and Tokyo mazemen, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The servers were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our meal - truly embodying the excellent customer service that Japanese culture is known for.
We’ll definitely be returning when we’re craving quality ramen or mazemen. Highly recommended!

We stumbled onto this place after going to another restaurant that was closed, and what a great find! We love ramen but never had mazeman, so we had both. In addition, we enjoyed a couple great apps - the sausage and deep fried tendons. The ramen and mazeman were excellent with great chewy noodles and complex flavors. If you've never had fried tendons, you need to give these a try - they are perfectly chewy with a little crunch, plus it's deep fried! The smokey little sausages were a delicious way to whet the appetite. The room is small but charming. You'll probably need.tonwaot a bit during peak times but it will be worth it.

I came early around 5:15pm for a weekend dinner. There is more parking than i expected behind the building. The waiters were attentive in refilling my water and checked in to see if i was doing ok. Otherwise, the food (vegan mazemen) was filling and they provide some rice to top off with the sauce. I would definitely come here again.

I love this place! My favorites are the curry mazemen, LA style takoyaki, and mogu chicken. It's perfect to go and always delicious. The price is very reasonable as well. It's in a plaza with other businesses, and the parking lot isn't huge, but I've never had trouble getting a spot. The staff aren't the friendliest when I pick up my order, but it's a short interaction. This is one of my go-to places for easy, delicious takeout.

Not sure if we went at a bad time but this was the worst ramen/mazemen I've ever had. I don't think anything was fresh except for the eggs. The noodles were undercooked and wasn't mixed properly which made it so they were stuck together. Didn't take picture but here was the green onion - looks like it's been left out overnight
