We ordered two different mazemens: the Deluxe and the Kyoto. First off, the noodles were great, I loved how chewy/springy/bouncy they were.

As for the flavors, the Kyoto was decent. It was savory, but nothing really stood out. The Deluxe, however, was bursting with flavor. With just the right amount of spice and garlic, plus a few splashes of their house vinegar, I couldn’t stop eating. Toward the end of the meal, they brought out a small cup of rice that...

The mazemen is really good, especially the Saitama one and for any of the mazemen it’s so cute that they give you a small scoop of rice after you finish your noodles to finish up the leftover sauce in the bowl. The shop runs on the smaller side, but still has decent amount of seating, including outdoor seating.

Extremely good ramen. I got the spicy one with a seaweed salad and was amazed at how good it was. I think it may be the best I've had. Friend of mine was raving abt it and I totally get why.
